The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!

I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car. Thanks to Rikki who handed over the car and talking me through everything I needed to know as it's much more technical than my old Passat. I would happily recommend them to our family and friends.

In three words I would describe my experience as - Professional - the customer service was outstanding! Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me! Pleasant - the staff were easy to talk to, lovely to get along with and pleasant to do business with. I would definitely use again, without a shadow of a doubt!

I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

Over all my experience was great and I really enjoyed purchasing the Ford Mondeo! I was pleased with how I was dealt with, such informative chaps in and around the dealership! I was looking for the car I wanted for a while, I was just waiting for the right spec and model to come up (VW Polo). Luckily, whilst searching the internet I came across a little place called Brockham Motor Company and boy am I glad I did. These guys were absolutely on time with everything and I had no issues what so ever, they are hands down really really good! From 1 to 5 I would rate this amazing little dealership 5, how could I not! I would say I would use again and recommend however I have already been recommending which resulted in my friend came over and purchased a lovely Skoda super. I couldn't be happier!
