Unfortunately Ithe car I bought in its first month needs a major repair so I rejected the motor by email, which is their process. Unfortunately now I am without a vehicle, for personal and work purposes. Been waiting 2 days and spoke in chat and was assured a member of staff would be in touch shortly. I am Still waiting jury is out, I requested they get me into another car or refund me as is my right. Hopefully they will do the right thing, but communication is key. I hole this canturn into a positive review.

Car not bought from here but used as RAC approved repairer. Brooklands first received a car on the 14th August I had bought elsewhere as they are part of the RAC warranty scheme but as of 23rd September it has still not been fixed. After replacing a couple of parts which unfortunately did not do the trick, it was left with them on September 11th to be looked at by an electrician. Aside from the frustration at the seemingly never ending saga, I am wholly unimpressed with their lack of communication. I did not expect to be contacted on a daily basis but did expect to be given relevant information so as to manage expectations. I had to ring them on the 15th to learn that it had gone to the electrician on the 13th. Again nothing was heard until I rang on the 19th and was told that a part was about to arrive and that the car should be ready within 48 hours. That time came and went and when I rang today , the 23rd ,at 12:15 , I was told that he was just about to ring the electrician and would get back almost immediately. Needless to say that did not happen That was nearly 2 hours ago. I am at a loss to understand why this is in anyway an acceptable level of customer service.

Good range of cars at a competitive price. Bought from them 5-months ago. Had a minor issue 2-months in, but they took the car in and had it ready in less than 4 hours and at no cost to myself. Would buy from here again.

Just got back from taking my car in for a bulb replacement and when the job was done I asked what the damage would be and they said "free of charge...it's just a bulb." Went there for my MOT a while back as well. Would highly recommend.

Took my 1.6 TDI Leon for its annual service and MOT. Good cost, got it back on the same day good communication to update me. Really friendly and helpful staff and also got a card for free mot next time round,

I went for a car valet, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve had. Really thorough job all round, my car looks brand new! The customer service was extremely good too, they made my feel extremely welcome! Would defo recommend!

Just completed a part exchange deal at Brooklands motor centre. The service was top class did not feel pressured in any way. We were left to inspect the car at our leisure, the staff, especially Martin was very helpful he sorted everything out including taxing the new car and John sorted some temporary insurance cover. Well done Brooklands.
