I have just bought my third successive car from Brown Brothers. This time I moved from used to new and drove away in a Dacia Duster Journey 1.6 Hybrid auto. The Sales Exec, Scott Anderson was terrific. He went through every detail of the car and finance options in a pleasant yet confident manner. The guy obviously knew what he was talking about and went out of his way to be helpful.
When I collected the car Scott spent ages with me going through all the details again and showing me how to operate and get best use of the car’s features. He showed patience as he explained the infotainment system to somebody who hasn’t a clue about such things. Excellent customer service.

Really pleased with the support and advice from sales executive Gavin Mcmorran at the Brown Brothers in Peebles. He was very friendly, easy to get along with and professional. He made the experience for me so easy.

We have been having our car serviced by Browns for the past ten years and we have always been delighted with the service, so it was our first choice when we decided to change our car. Scott couldn't have been more helpful. Our new car was not ready at the time which we thought would be a problem as we live in the Outer Hebrides. But it was not a problem for Browns, Scott arranged for our new car to be driven to Fort William where we did a swap for our trade in. We left a cd in the old car and a few days later it arrived in the post. What a service. Above and beyond. We would certainly recommend Browns for their excellent and very personal service.

Just bought my new Sandero Steoway from Scottat Brown Brothers. The service was excellent from start to finish. Scott was very professional, he ensured i got the best deal and allowed me time to agree to buy.

Just purchased a Honda CRV from Brown Brothers in Peebles. A totally excellent experience from beginning to end. I dealt with Iain (Manager) and he was so professional, honest, efficient and not the slightest bit pushy - everything you could ever wish for from a car dealer. For me it was an 8 hour round trip but it was so worth it. Cannot recommend them enough and I have bought a lot of cars in my time.

I recently bought a Renault Zoe from Brown Brothers Peebles. Kim was the person I dealt with and I cannot praise the attention she gave me enough .She explained everything so well ,answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed to explore things .
I had previously gone round 10 garages in Edinburgh and the attention I got from Kim surpassed them all
She answered phone and email messages immediately and promptly provided any paperwork I needed.
The way she dealt with me certainly had a influence on me buying the car from Brown Brothers.

We just pop in at brown bros on a day trip from Edinburgh just on the off chance they had anew look Dacia sandero ,We met KIM MORRISON and you could have been in better hands she was so Professional and 20 minutes later we had ordered and bought a new car just because of the way the sale was handled by kim ,we have bought many new cars over the last 30 years but I have to say
This was the most enjoyable one there was NO HARD SELL JUST HONESTLY and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM KIM A CREDIT TO BROWN BROTHERS ON HOW A CAR SO BE SOLD !!!!
I would wholeheartedly recommend brown brothers fantastic personal service even down to delivering the car to Edinburgh for us thank you 😎😎
