Just bought used vauxhall antara on line could not get to dealership in Darlington I have just found out the car as no retractable parcel shelf I was not told about this I am not happy

All you have to do is give us a ring must of been missed if we don’t know about it we can’t fix it instead of just putting a poor review you fail to mention that we delivered car for free because you couldn’t get to dealership…..

Purchased a vehicle from this garage 4 weeks ago with a brand new MOT. Took the vehicle to be checked by my local garage and they found a number of advisories that had not been listed on the Mot but more worryingly, the brake hose was tied up with a cable tie. This vehicle should never have passed the MOT with faults found, I raised this with the garage owner and he has shunned any responsibility for selling an unsafe vehicle. This vehicle is not safe or roadworthy to drive. I paid full asking price.. beware.. don’t trust what is said or paperwork issued.. raising this with DVSA and Trading standards. How irresponsible can this garage be to sell a vehicle that puts the driver at risk when being driven.
