Brought a car from them that started to have problems. They took it in and gave me 3 day wait. Every time I rang after the 3 days they said don't know where it I. It took over 3 weeks to get it back and the problems weren't solved. No sorry nothing. The staff did say it was madness I hadn't had my car but the owner was abusive. Do not use them.. !!!!

Pleased to find B S Marson and Sons when looking for a small car for our eldest daughter. Adrian was brilliant and gave a good deal on a 2016 Panda Pop complete with new MOT, service, warranty, two new front tyres and a valet to present the car to our daughter in lovely condition. No problem when we were unable to pick up the car on the appointed day and ended up collecting a couple of days late on one of the busiest days of the year when the garage was stuffed with shiny new 19 plate cars. Brought a car off BS Marson and Sons this time last year a Citroen c4 and had nothing but trouble with the car first of all it had a new thermostat and then the heater blower packed in with a cost of 500 pounds and now there is another problem with the car I called in to see them and they did not want to no would not advice anyone to deal with them I wont be dealing with them again good at taking the money off you then don't want to know Martyn keeling.
I can happily share with people that I recommend BS Marson and Sons in Newcastle Under Lyme. I had an issue after I bought the car which was resolved straight away so I rate them as excellent all around.
