Be warned I inquired about a Dacia duster 1.5 dci , it was a 2018 plate with over 58000 miles on clock . It looked a nice car at a decent price ,when I spoke to the sales man on the phone ,Mike, I pointed out that the cambelt should be changed every 6 years of 72000 miles which ever comes first according to Renault themselves !! and if I purchased the car would they change the cambelt .he said I was fixated on this but admitted come 6 months later March 2024 .I would have to pay £600 to replace it . This is on a car valued at £8650 pounds , the point I was trying to make the sales man if cambelt snaps the car is worthless or a new engine costing thousands !! . The part exchange was insulting most garages offered me me between £2000 and £2500 for a Dacia sandero 63 with only 60000 on the clock . Budgens offered me £1500 pounds and they are a Dacia dealer !!! . At the end sales man got shirty and said he would ring me back you've guessed it. Nothing . All I am trying to tell you all out there 1.5 dici engine is 6 years or 72000 miles cambelt change or you could be a lott of money out of pocket cheers xx

If anyone wants to know how to do quality personal customer service, then this is the place you need to go! Nichole and Alex were so swift in getting back to me about any enquiries I had and were extremely reliable in keeping me informed at every stage of the process, from first enquiring about the car up to facilitating me being able to drive it away (having worked hard to provide a quick turnaround of 5 days!) I believe when they say they are still here to help with anything even after purchase, that this is clear evidence of being a family-run business and their dedication in their attention to detail towards myself and my needs as a customer and hopefully, one day yourself too!

Do not trust Budgen Motors Telford, IF they state they have replaced something ask to see the proof, as they stated this to myself and actually just bodged a repair with epoxy! Not good in the service department, car companies seem to forget the word service. To be honest I was nice to this company although the repair was never correct, but I did not want to make a fuss, this is now costing me a lot of money and time - do not make my mistake and ensure that any work is proven and carried out correctly.
