I bought a Corsa 16 plate from Burnett Cars on Sunday, James was very helpful I had a bit of a panick the Next day over paper work (as I didn’t understand the process) So rang and E-Mailed them (A Lot)...Glen was amazing with me, can’t thank him enough...Happy with my car I Would definitely recommend Burnett cars

Terrible customer service from Burnett Cars, Went to view a Seat Leon on saturday & test drive it, i already have finance in place & was looking to do a part exchange as part of the deal, i have a 64 plate Polo which we Buy any car are offering £5500, they offered me £4200 for my part exchange which is embarrasing... they advised me they would come back to me with an improved offer for my car as i had been offered £5000 from arnold clark... they never even had the courtesy to come back to me. I had a look on their website this morning and the car has been sold to someone else!!! Didnt even let me know they had someone else interested in it! Terrible customer service and wouldnt recommend to anyone, i travelled over 30 miles to see this vehicle as well.

I picked my 12 plate Astra ecotec up on Friday 31/5/19.I was driving home from work on the Monday 3/6/19 when my low power engine light came on!!!,I arrived home and rang mark from burnett cars straight away and arranged to take it to him the following day which was around 35 miles away from where I lived.The next day I set off and only made roughly half the journey and subsequently broke down on the m6 with temperature warning lights now displaying on my dash!!!!.After being stranded for well over a hour the rac man came,popped the bonnet and immediately told me and showed me that there was no water (coolant)in the car!!!,this being strange as mark had told me the car had had a full service just a day before I picked it up!!!.The rac man topped it up after speaking to mark on the phone and telling him the problem and away I went to burnett cars,where I left the car with them to check it out.A few hours later mark rang me and confirmed there was no leak and the car was in working order which I was happy about.I told mark I had lost a days wage,had the inconvenience of breaking down on the m6 and driving a good 70 mile round trip due to burnett card not sticking to what they had told me and not putting coolant in the car!!!!,I asked if I was due anything and to that he said “no we don’t compensate anyone”!!! and that we are dropping your car off tomorrow.These people are great when there selling you a car and taking £1000’s of you but once the deal is done your just a hinderance.Avoid this dealer like the plague!!!!!

Dealing with the guys at Burnett car sales was a pleasure, Glen and James made the whole process easy, quick and straight forward. Honesty really is the best policy with these guys. I have known the original Burnett family for a lot of years and can let them know that the business is in very safe hands.
