Bought 2nd Hand MG zs ev from Raj And Dave Two great Guys, All little details and service done as promised, As new to electric car ownership Dave took us through details, Even gave us Gift on day of collection As we had to wait for small part which they went out of there way to go and collect from another dealership, Good service will be going there again.
Bought a car for my daughter who had just passed her test so the car I bought was probably the smallest, cheapest and possibly the oldest they had. Despite the fact I wasn't a big spender I was treated to the best customer service I've ever had from a car dealer. Simon and David were friendly and extremely helpful and the car was well prepared and serviced ahead of collection. Paperwork was dealt with efficiently. All in all a first class experience. BHG will be my first port of call when I next buy a car for sure.

Was very worried buying a used car - I know nothing about cars! Found this garage so helpful and in particular, David, who explained everything. He was helpful but not pushy and I could not be happier with my car. Since buying it, I have been into the garage a few times with queries and David has gone over and above to help me. Very impressed!
This family owned car dealership provided amazing 360 service. Not only did I purchase a lovely MG ZS Exclusive 2020 with extremely low mileage at a very reasonable price. The customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure a quality, trustworthy service was provided. I'm not surprised this is a family owned dealership. AMAZING!!!

I was very impressed with all the guys there. This was the first time buying a car by myself and there was no sales pressure to buy the car or any of the extras offered. I was very well looked after from choosing the car to picking it up. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I’ve only had the car a few hours but I’m very pleased with it and I’m sure IF there are any problems, they will be ironed out quickly. Buying from Bushey Heath Garage was easy and stress free. Purchased a new MG HS last week. Tony went above and beyond, not only made impossible happen but also the whole process was extremely easy thanks to him, all dealt over the phone and via emails, couldn’t ask for more. Do not buy a car from these charlatans! They will sell you a car with faults and fix the bare minimum to get an MOT, SHOCKING! I worked as a mechanic for many years and left because of charlatans, who put profit over people, like this company obviously do. Do not listen to there replies to all of the negative reviews as they're just more lies! They must get their MOT's done on the cheap because of the quantity! This has now cost us a lot of money to fix, what should of been fixed by them in the first place at a minimal cost. This was not a cheap used car, it was £13,000 They're great at making you feel like you are a valid customer, that's easy 99.9% of business have do do that or would you buy from them?but if you have a fault, that they should of fixed in the first place, they fob you off with lies, dishonesty. How can a company treat other humans like this! How do they sleep at night! Profit first customer service last 😔

Kevin, Your review doesn't actually let people know why you have decided to leave a damaging review on multiple sites including this one. . . So that anyone reading this review can make up their own mind, You purchased a Kia Sportage on 17th May 2021 with 24810 miles on the clock. . .1 year and over 10,000 miles later you took your car for an MOT and it failed on worn out front brakes and you came to us to get them replaced free of charge, which we declined to do as brakes are a wear and tear item and as you had driven the car for over 10,000 miles, it is you that has worn them out......You did'nt mention in your damning review that the brakes were replaced by a Kia Main dealer at 20986 miles, so when we sold you the car they had only covered 3824 miles. . .and yet your review states that we should have "fixed them in the first place"........you then carry on to imply that things must get overlooked at our MOT station as we "get them done on the cheap".....That Kevin is illegal, and just for your information, we don't do the MOT's, they are done by an independant company, this you can check on your MOT certificate.......You also state that you are an ex-car mechanic, well if that is the case then you would understand that brakes wear out with use and even if you had purchased your Kia brand new, Kia would not be paying for the replacement of worn out brakes after 12 months and over 10,000 miles. In closing we do not tell lies and I can evidence by 3rd party invoices and MOT history that everything stated here is the truth. I have just copied the below from Kia for your information - Wear and tear is defined as the gradual reduction in operating performance of a part or parts having regard to the age of the vehicle, the distance it has travelled and the operating conditions. Examples of wear and tear components include but are not limited to brake pads, discs and drums, clutches, sparkplugs, air and fuel filters etc. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty
