It's all good with the X3 I purchased. The whole experience as a whole is awesome, straightforward and great. Everyone was very helpful and informative. What I really liked was how upfront they were about the condition of the car. It's an older car, and they actually showed me the scratches and blemishes rather than just saying it was in perfect condition. They weren't hiding anything, which I thought was great. You sometimes get dealers saying a car is in perfect condition with no scratches, but these guys showed me everything. Can't fault them for that. They even delivered the car, and the delivery guy was awesome as well. The car was as described when it arrived, which was exactly what I wanted.

The whole experience was really lovely. We had a lovely salesman called Shah, who was really nice and dealt with everything for us. There was a problem with the wheels, and we'd been told that they would sort them out for us. We were a bit nervous about that, as we weren't sure how they'd look when we went to collect the car. But when we got there to pick it up, everything had been done, and the wheels looked perfect. They kept us informed of everything.

We bought a Hyundai IX20 from BVG back in September. The staff were really helpful. They let us take the car for a test drive and were pretty transparent with all the paperwork. We could see that the car had been serviced, was in good nick and was a decent car. The price was decent, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The car drives smooth. It's going to be my husband's first car. He has his driving test coming up. We've been driving the car a lot and are happy with how things have been going so far.

The condition of the car is very good, and it's been driving well so far. When you're buying an older car, you don't always know what's under the bonnet, so having that reassurance makes a difference. They also provide an initial three month warranty, which gives you peace of mind in case an underlying issue becomes apparent during that time. Price wise, I think the ideal price would have been slightly less, but that comes down to individual negotiation. Apart from that, it was a good experience.

I purchased a BMW 3 Series from BVG and my experience with the dealership was very good. The service was really good from the moment I stepped into the dealership until the moment I left. I was very happy with the service I received throughout my visit. The car itself has been great. It's working perfectly, running fine and I've had no issues with it. Everything has been good with the BMW since I purchased it and I'd definitely recommend the dealership to others.

The salesman was brilliant on the day. I'd definitely use them again in the future if I were getting another car, without a doubt. It was a BMW X4 I bought, and I am very pleased with it. There were a few things I couldn't really see properly at the time because it was raining, but I'm still happy with the car and would score BVG. Five stars

On arrival, the vehicle was already in the showroom. As soon as the salesman noticed us, he handed us the keys and left us to look around the vehicle and take it for a test drive I personally really enjoyed the relaxed, VIP style experience. There was no pressure whatsoever, which made the whole process enjoyable and easy. I’m really glad I gave BVG a try and, even better, I’ve found my next motor! Highly recommend.
