My outland is alright, I am having an issue with the tyre pressure which is a worry but other than that its ok. I found the customer service when buying the car was ok, I would have liked someone to be with us when looking around the car as I was scared i would break something.

The staff at BVG were nice enough and got the car ready inside for me when i arrived, The only thing is I do wish that the salesman (Didn't catch his name) but if he would have stayed with me to explain bits about the car as I don't know much about cars, but that said I could have asked him to stay with me or asked him questions. I have had a electrical warning light pop up but this is intermittent and I don't know about the service history so I am going to reach out to them but other than this the car is going alright.

They are good guys at BVG, I did have an issue with the gearbox once I left the dealership but even though hesitant at first they got this sorted for us and since then it's been all good. I do want to mention that the advert online could have been more transparent about the condition of the car, but that said Shah the salesman was brilliant.

The guys at BVG were professional, friendly and there was just no dramas whatsoever. I live quite a distance from BVG and they did a video for me and got everything ready so I could just drive it away. The studio was really clean and I absolutely love my car. It would 100% be a five out of five.

The staff at BVG were all very nice and explained things to me in the right manner. There is a tyre pressure warning light on the car which I want to get sorted. I will be back to BVG when I want to buy my dream Porsche!

Everything is fine with the car. There was just a slight admin error with getting the car registered. Other than that the process was straightforward and the guys were helpful.

I was after a certain car and BVG had one in stock. The Audi is running absolutely fine. BVG were a standard car dealer, they did a good job and I was happy with it.
