BVG had a good selection of cars, I purchased an Audi A4, and it is a lovely car to drive, and my experience was quick, smooth and patient.

I am enjoying the Nissan Qashqai so far, and I could not fault the customer service, so I would give it a solid 4 stars.

I know a few people who have bought from BVG in the past, which is why I decided to go there to buy the Range Rover, and I would give 5 stars across the board.

Would just like to say a big thank you to you all, had some teething problems 9 days into purchasing a car, but this could happen to any car at anytime, however all has been profitable repaired and sorted, with great information and updates on progress from Mike in after sales, who kept constantly in touch with myself, would not hesitate to purchase again front this company.

I am always wary of purchasing something over the Internet like a second hand car. But do to my time restraints I decided to do so and I was not disappointed. The video call with the BVG sales representative was honest and very clear about the car and the guarantees I was given that the car would be delivered as shown and with no float lights other wise I could send the car straight back when delivered and get my deposit back. Needles to say I did not send the car back and paid the balance on delivery. I am very happy with the car. I would buy my next used car from BVG using the same process without a second thought. In short: nice car, low mileage and competitively priced. Young sales team (esp Amin) looked after my presence onsite and guided me through the paperwork. Bought extra warranty and so far the car has performed adequately for my needs.
