A engine light has come on but I'm not concerned as I have a 15 month warranty, but everyone at BVG have been really helpful, kind and patient. They offered a good customer service so I was very pleased. This was my first time using this dealership to buy a car after finding them on Autotrader where the advert showed the car truthfully and basically was what it said on the tin. I would buy from them again based on my experience.

I was looking for a specific car type and BVG had the one which was closest to me, I did find when we were down at the dealership buying the vehicle there was allot of waiting around for test drives or to finalise things which was deflating as we did have to chase them up. I felt they could been a bit more upfront about the condition of the car which when we questioned they did apologise and informed they would have a chat with the person. Everything seems fine with the BMW 4 Series I got so I'm happy with it. I went for this car particular as it was a good price point and it had a good history. I found the process in buying from BVG simple to deal with, it was way easier than what I'm used to when buying a car.

I was in need of a bigger car and I was in-between An A3 but went for the Q3 as it waws higher which I liked, touchwood everything so far is good with it. I found BVG on Autotrader and found there advert perfect it had lots of details and if I needed more I could just give them a call, which I ended up doing and it was perfect, they were brilliant and couldn't ask for better to be fair.
