Everything's fine, I just got some winter tires for it, I'm actually taking it on a long journey home over 2,000 kilometres to Slovakia. We needed a second car for me and my wife to share, and we used to have a Mercedes years ago so decided to look for a second one. Someone recommended BVG on to me and I would do the same, I recommended them onto my boss. They could've negotiated a price a little bit apart from that its all good I've modified it a little for snow in Slovakia like the wipers and tires, So far so good

Cars running well, I needed something bigger than the Golf estate and I was having to climb into and the BMW is just easier to get in and out of. There is a few things like the reversing camera sometimes not coming and it keeps puling the left and I did need to inflate the rear tire. Apart from that it’s all good, other than it leaving me skint because I paid cash for it so it emptied my bank account haha. They did wait behind for me, I couldn't get there until half 4 to do the handover which usually stops at 4 so they did that well.

I got my last car from BVG which was a Seat Leon and because my brother needed a car, I gave that to him and got myself an upgrade going to a C Class. I did have a nail in the tyre when I got it so I had to replace it the next day, but apart from that it’s all fine, they’re always good to be honest, very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed.

The GLA I got from them is great, I love it. The diesel I had before this kept breaking, I wasn't doing the mileage for it. I knew what I was looking for, they had a good range of cars online and instore, when I got their Shah was the guy I dealt with and he were brilliant, just made the whole process so easy.

All good, the Merc is all fine, we had our old 3 series for about 8 years and it was just getting on abit and needed something a little bit bigger. After looking on Autotrader this one came up and it was the spec we were looking for. It was pretty simple and straight forward, Shah was really helpful and made everything easy. I'd give them a 5.

We needed something bigger because we are extending our family, and to be honest my partner did most of it haha. When we got there, they tested our part exchange, there was a couple issues with it so we had to pay a thousand towards it which was more than we expected, but that's nobody’s fault really. Apart from that it was all good, the whole process was really calm and collected, they were really reasonable and quite quick to be honest.

Everything's good with the S4, my old car had done as much as it could possibly do so was just looking for an upgrade, BVG had the specific car I was looking for and I believe Audi are quite reliable. I’d give them a 4 out of 5 the only thing was it took a little bit of time to get seen to as the salesman was dealing with another customer too, so it would be nice to have a few more staff to speed up the process. However the way they look after the cars is very good, they're very clean and the presentation is great.

I would highly recommend BVG. Everything was great from start to finish and the car I bought has been fantastic.
