Everything is going fine with my BMW from BVG, When i was told there Shah was good, he was very helpful and said if i needed anything just to ask him, but when I went on the test drive I knew it was all good. I would recommended and already have!

I recently fancied a Volvo and I had seen a nice one at BVG. I contacted them about trading in my Tesla which they agreed and gave me a great px price over the phone. Finance all arranged and a couple of days later the car was ready to collect. Now, when I went to collect it at 2pm,.it was very busy due to Friday prayers coming out at a near by mosque but it wasn't an issue after 10 mins or so. The car was 100% as described and they let me take it for a test drive to check it out on my own after checking my license. While I did that they checked the battery on my Tesla. When I go back all was as agreed and I signed the paperwork, v5 and sorted my tax etc. After swapping my car bits over I was off home. Easily the best buying experience I've had buying a car. I didn't get the salesman's name but he was very good, not pushy and very polite and profession

A fantastic customer experience from start to finish! Everything is fine with the Mercedes I purchased form these guys. The salesman Shah and the dealership were perfect. I liked how quick and easy to deal with they were. I saw the car on a video and had it delivered on a Sunday which was helpful. I would recommend BVG Automotive to others
