Can't fault the car at all. BVG automotive had the right car at the right price. I contact them and they showed me two cars and I chose the Mercedes. I like how efficient they were in getting it all sorted. There was a rip on the seat and told them about it and it was done for me. I gave four stars as I had to wait for a valet when I went for collection after being told it was all ready for me but they got on to it pretty quick.

I went to BVG Automotive as they had the particular car I wanted. Sales staff, I can't complain. Shah was good, he did well on everything. He greeted me, showed me the car, let me go on a test drive. First time using BVG and I would use them again, they are good people.

Top marks for an excellent service from a sleek, well run and professional organisation, particularly the communication and also given the fact that I travelled 700 miles round trip to make the purchase.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BVG Automotive even here in the far North East of Scotland !

I like the hybrid system on the Mercedes so l went to BVG as they had one I liked. The staff were very receptive. It was a quick process for me to get the car and it was pristine on collection. Four stars as I would have preferred a quicker turnaround but I have already recommended them to others.
