We went to BVG as we needed a family car for the room. I had a good experience, they were quick in getting back to me and good to deal with. It was an efficient sale and seemed easy. I would deal with them again.

BVG were very good but only problem we had was, we were told all the tyres were ok but the rears needed replacing at a cost of £180 so wasnt happy about that

Everything fine with the Range Rover Evoque I purchases, really happy. It was a really friendly experience, they were approachable and answered any questions. Couldn’t fault them, I was really impressed. Four stars as there is always room to improve and I would have like a longer warranty with the car as I only got three months and maybe bit of a better price on the trade in but happy with what was agreed in the end. The salesman was really good, really pleased with them. He gave me all the information for the car and let me have time to look through it. It can make you feel nervous making a big purchase but I felt at ease. Did it all on my own and they didn’t put me under any pressure which gave me a good impression.

The dealer sent me a video and the car looking in immaculate condition. No issues with what I saw. Everything went great until there was a miscommunication on the collection day. The finance was ready to go but I called the dealership and they said they had no knowledge of me coming so had to rearrange for the next day. Their service on the day wasn’t exceptional but it was their website that I thought was really impressive and that got my attention. Since having the car I noticed there is a lock and a handle for the spare tyre which needs repairing but have no major issues with the car. There is room for improvement given my experience.
