My new Seat Leon has been excellent, with no problems whatsoever, and I had no concerns throughout the process. Have no reason why I wouldn't use them again in the future.

Other than having to get the AdBlue sensor fixed, everything with the car has been good, and my experience on the day was also good.

The Mercedes C-Class that I bought is an absolute belter. Shah was brilliant, and I'd 100% recommend the dealership to others.

I think the thing I liked most about my experience with BVG was the fact Shah left me in peace to look around the car. He showed me around initially then let me get on with it, so wasn't there pressuring me or anything. The whole sale was pretty smooth and I absolutely love my new Mercedes CLA. I'm giving four out of fie as there's always room for improvement, and whilst the service was good he was trying to juggle two customers at the same time which meant we were both waiting around a bit, but I'm happy overall.

The standards of service here is definitely worth 10/10. I'm a lorry driver and was passing by when I saw a car that caught my eye. The salesmen are clearly good at their job as I ended up buying it there & then! The people were very helpful and professional, and they were really nice to everyone at the garage. They have a big variety of cars in stock which are all well-maintained and well-presented.

Just wanted to thanks team BVG for their patience when we were buying our Lexus last month. We had a bit of trouble transferring the balance due to our bank doing a fraud spot check (typical!), but we got there in the end after about 2.5 hours! It really was a load of hassle and knocked the fun out of it somewhat, but I can't thank BVG enough for bearing with us. Everything's hunky-dory with the car and I've already had three people admiring it where I'm working today. The orange colour really stands out as it's so unusual.

The Jaguar I-Pace is a really lovely car and I’m very happy with my purchase. After finding BVG via Auto Trader, I was grateful for Shah’s excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful throughout and an all-round great person to deal with.

The chaps at BVG delivered the car down to us which was about a 6-hour drive. We sued the car the following day and all was fine, but the day after the engine started smoking. There's no way they could've known to be fair it's just one of them things, but I can't knock the way they handled everything. They paid for our hire car and covered all the repair costs etc, so you can't ask for more really.

Having bought the car back in November it was my first time driving it just yesterday. There's a warning light on the dash so I'll run it back to BVG, but all good aside from that.

BVG's service was great. We bought the car off Shah and his communication was spot-on all the way through.
