I found this dealership on Autotrader, the advert was very descriptive which gave me some reassurance. Shah the salesman was very good, the whole process was easy and overall a good transaction - Can't fault it to be honest.

I knew I wanted a GLC due to my needs so I did some research and there were loads of good reviews on BVG and they had a few in so I went down and bought one the same day. When I test drove it I did have a little problem with the battery so it had to go back In to the garage but they fixed it same day. There was no messing, no hassle, they got it sorted really quickly. Overall, their customer service really stood out to me.

I always wanted a 911 and with having kids I can’t have one so the Taycan this was the closest I could get. I stumbled across the car from Auto trader so I went down to see it as not far from me and wanted it. The showroom looked lovely and all the lads that work at BVG were brilliant, really helpful, had smiley faces and nothing was too much. Shah was my main contact. When I bought the car, the guys took a photo of me with the car to use on their website and I said yeah that’s sound. They sent me the picture and I just thought that was a really nice thing. I recommended them to a mate and he went there to buy an X7. It was a brilliant experience and will definitely use them again.

BVG had the Audi I wanted - I can’t remember the name of the salesperson that was dealing with me but he fixed all the paperwork on Whatsapp and it was an excellent process. I’m very happy with the car.

Shah at the dealership was amazing. There was a bit of an issue with our part exchange, and he went out of his way to get that sorted as we travelled down from Glasgow. The Range Rover Velar we bought has been fab.
