Shah at the dealership was amazing. There was a bit of an issue with our part exchange, and he went out of his way to get that sorted as we travelled down from Glasgow. The Range Rover Velar we bought has been fab.

I got a Jaguar from BVG, and it’s been a bit different as it’s electric, which I’ve never had before, but I do like it. The only thing is it can be expensive to run, as I have to charge publicly, and some of the chargers are quite expensive, but you just plan around that. As for the dealership, they were nice people, no problems at all. I’d definitely use them again in the future.

When I turned up at BVG, the car was ready and everything was handled quickly, which I was quite impressed with. The showroom and the standard of cars there also stood out. Since driving away, I’ve noticed a couple of small issues, including condensation in the back light and a passenger window that’s a bit suspect. These were things picked up after leaving, but the car is under a three-month warranty so i will get them resolved. In terms of the people and the service on the day, it was brilliant.

They’ve been great from start to finish with the process, and I can’t fault them. When I was at the dealership, they were lovely, really nice people and very helpful. Really good experience with BVG. I got a Golf, and overall it’s been good so far.

the staff at bvg where really helpfull and polite ,it was after I got the car home I experienced car issues ,I was going on holiday and had to pay £500 for a vehicle as my new car wouldn't have been done ,the warranty people have been ok to so apart from the car issue I have to give my bvg experience a 4

The Audi a5 is running well, really nice to drive. When I saw the reviews I just thought it seemed alright, so when I went there, they were realty nice and attentive. Any issues I faced, shah would come and talk to me.

just wanted an upgrade alternative to my other car, so I turned to BVG who had good prices for good cars. Quite smooth service and the Audi a4 I got is a clean car. When I came to pick it up, it was spotless which I appreciated.

Shah who dealt with me was really good. Because of his service, there wasn’t any pressure and told me everything I needed to know and gave us time to look at the Mercedes GLA which is perfect.

I quite liked the look of the BMW X1 BVG was selling. So, for that reason I chose them, and I am happy with the purchase. I thought the garage was impressive with nice cars and kept in good condition. I’d definitely recommend it again, in terms of second hand cars, they are spot on.

I upgraded to a Mercedes GLC, it's great. I've had no issues. My experience buying the car was good. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was fine. 4 out of 5 have no complaints.
