I am always wary of purchasing something over the Internet like a second hand car. But do to my time restraints I decided to do so and I was not disappointed. The video call with the BVG sales representative was honest and very clear about the car and the guarantees I was given that the car would be delivered as shown and with no float lights other wise I could send the car straight back when delivered and get my deposit back. Needles to say I did not send the car back and paid the balance on delivery. I am very happy with the car. I would buy my next used car from BVG using the same process without a second thought. In short: nice car, low mileage and competitively priced. Young sales team (esp Amin) looked after my presence onsite and guided me through the paperwork. Bought extra warranty and so far the car has performed adequately for my needs.

Car has been perfect since purchase, I am very very happy with it. The guys at BVG were bang on! Did everything right from the get go. No messing around a in and out easy process. Couldn't complain about anything. I highly recommend them based off my experience and would definitely use them again, such a great dealership!

I had some issues initially, however got back in touch with the dealership and they were superb at getting it sorted for me. Could not have gone any better. He called me up to let me know the guy who was doing the repair would be in at 11am, so I dropped the car off early morning and it was ready for me by dinner time. Since having it back I haven't had any further issues and I am really impressed with the great level of aftercare that was provided. Thank you guys.

Very efficient and great customer service. However car had windscreen chips that wasn't stated or mentioned to me or in the MOT and unfortunately I missed it too during initial inspection.

BVG was amazing the car was extremely clean and looked after there customer service was awesome answering every question as fast and as accurate as possible overall a good experience would recommend anyone
