I’m doing great. My first visit was a really positive experience, the team was more than helpful and made everything easy. The car was fully valeted, and everything was spot on. I’d definitely give them a five-star.

This is my first automatic car and also my first estate. It took some adjusting, but I love it and would never go back. The team at BVG were very accommodating. They let us wait in a room, offered us drinks and chocolates, and even put on kids’ TV for my children while we waited, which was a really nice touch. It’s definitely a five-star experience.

I would recommend the dealership to others. The team at BVG Automotive were very friendly and helpful, and they also have a good aftersales service. I did have a spring snap, but they got it into the garage and replaced it very quickly.

I really wanted the Jeep Renegade, which I found at BVG Automotive. It has been great so far. During the purchasing process, I did feel like they were a bit busy, and I had to deal with multiple people. However, they were very nice and sold it to me for a good price.

Overall, it's not too bad. There were a couple of issues, like a rust patch on the passenger side and the tracking being slightly out, so I had to get the wheels aligned. That said, the car itself is sound, and I appreciate the transparency. They did their best to cater to me. The process was handled through a video call, and the FaceTime walkaround was spot on. I’m giving it 4 stars.
