Overall, my experience was really good from start to finish. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was that there was a crack in the windscreen and the two back tyres were at 2mm, and they would not help me resolve these issues, so I would give it 4 stars.

I have already done around 200 miles in the Audi Q7 and it is good, I came across BVG Automotive through the finance company and i would not hesitate to use them again in the future
