I can only express a very non preasure, friendly and professional service. The staff are courteous and helpful to a fault. They even managed to find me some finance when I was struggling with it alone. There cars are also great quality.

This must be the 3rd or 4th car we have gotten from BVG and after driving for a while it is spot on. The customer service there is really good, could not fault them.

BVG were absolutely brilliant. When purchasing my car there was no pressure from the sales team and they were respectful, which is important to me when making such a purchase. The car is also great, I am loving it.

Currently chasing up the warranty companies due to engine faults and other gremlins with the vehicle. My advice to car salespeople is to stop upselling the warranty when it comes down to me having to chase and book it in. Aside from this the sales process and the vehicle were reasonably drama free, I would give it 4 stars.

Recently I bought a BMW X4 from BVG and as of now, I'm happy with it. I would say the customer service is also very good and pleasant. I would look to go back again in the future.

The team at BVG made purchasing the car easy. As I wasn't able to visit, they provided all the info, images and videos that were required. Need a bit more time with the vehicle to get a proper feel and resolve an issue with the taillights, but for the service, it's 5 stars from me.

Some issues have arisen with the car since collecting last week, with squeaky brakes and an orange spanner light that need resolving, but the service from the dealership was great, however did have to wait longer than intended for collection.
