To some, a 2.3L Mustang isn’t considered a dream car but it certainly is to me! Shah made the process so easy, answered any questions I had and liaised with his colleagues when it came to picking up the vehicle, as he was not going to be in on that day. I do think a little more flexibility could be added to the process in terms of how long the £500 deposit can hold the car for, although I do understand that they are a business and are there to make money. Quick turnaround with BVG I had the car in a few days, everything sorted and done for me. Shah was great to work with he made it all easy and simple. I came across the dealership via Autotrader and didn't feel mislead the advert was accurate without anything missed, really can't complain.

I would highly recommend bvg automotive. My experience of purchasing my car with them was flawless from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the outset and I felt reassured that it was a professional company. I was given an appointment to view the car and there was no sense of pressure or pushiness from the salesman. The car itself was immaculately presented. The purchase experience was seamless and I was most impressed with the warranty packages on offer. We live some distance from the dealership but would travel again to purchase from here due to such a positive experience. They specialise in prestige cars and their showroom was full of beautiful cars. Five star rating!

I had a light come up on the dash a few days after purchasing, this said engine oil overfilled. It did go away and hasn't come back, I think it may have been overfilled during iot's service. Apart from that everything is running well. I didn't have any problems while purchasing. Giving a 4/5 as there is an area of improvement in being more careful while servicing however I wouldn't hesitate to use the dealership again.

I recently got a BMW 4 Series, IU have had the same car in the past I was just looking to upgrade it to a competition model. I have had no issues with it so far and I am liking the upgrade. The only thing I would say could do with improving is with BVG itself. I wanted some more photos of the vehicle but wasn't able to get this without putting down a deposit, I also couldn't do the depositi through autotrader, It was a bit of mither and did put me off wanting to get the car. However I will say once I got to the dealership everything went smooth sailing and I am happy with the process. I think someone does need to be different with the online aspect as it was off putting.

I'd give a 4 only reason being is you needed more staff in. There ones that were in were quite busy and bouncing between customers, which takes away from customer experience. Everything else was good. Everyone was nice and friendly. Went the extra mile as well to do a video call to show me the car. When I got there the car was ready to go.

I am delighted! I love my new vehicle, couldn't be happier with it if I tried! . From start to finish I was looked after by the staff at BVG and everything went as good as it could. The process was quick, I viewed and paid on the same day and they arranged delivery to me. The delivery went smoothly, it was within the estimated time and no hassle. I would highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and great vehicles.

I have had no problems with the Mercedes C Class I purchased so far, I was looking for this car specifically when I came across BVG Automotive. I was pleased when I went to view in person the car was as pictured and described as it was online, the only thing that could be done better is organisation, as I had to come get the car the day after I had paid for it as it wasn't ready and there was a delay when I was taking the car as they couldn't find the deposit payment. Other than those things I couldn't fault BVG or the vehicle. 4 out of 5 overall.
