The Mitsubishi has been great. The car looks amazing and the salesman and everyone else there were sound, happy and smiling. I did have a puncture. I didn't raise it with the dealership because it's an hour and a half away and, for something like a tyre plug, I just didn't want the hassle of taking it back. Apart from that little niggle, I'd definitely recommend BVG to others.

We're really pleased with our Mitsubishi and it's been great so far. We appreciated that Shah did not do a hard sell that some car salesman do. he was nice, calm, polite and informative, They also had some got great cars, a little more on the high end.

I was specifically looking for an Audi Q2 and I've been getting on with it brilliantly. The service from BVG was excellent. Even after I bought the car, I had to phone up about a couple of things I didn't realise, and they were fantastic. If I emailed them, they got back to me straight away, and if I left a message, they phoned straight back. All in all, it was great service. In fact, a friend of mine has been there since to look for a car and said they were very, very helpful. They weren't pushy at all, which makes a difference.

We're really happy with the Porsche Taycan and from viewing the car through to payment and handover, everything was brilliant. The issue came after we got the car home. After driving it around 50 miles, we found a bulge in one of the tyres. We contacted BVG, but they weren't prepared to replace it and only offered to contribute £100 towards the cost. The car itself has been great and we're more than happy with it, but I was disappointed with the customer care after the sale. If the tyre had simply been replaced, it would have made a big difference to the overall experience. Even with those issues, we're pleased with the car, but the aftersales support is the reason it wasn't a five star experience.

This was my first time buying from BVG. Shah was sound. He was a nice lad. He helped me throughout. I'd give my experience five out of five.

I've been really happy with the Porsche Taycan, and I have no complaints regarding the service. After I bought the car, I took it to Porsche for a service, and they found that the two undertrays had holes in them and needed replacing. As soon as I spoke to BVG about it, they agreed to cover the cost because it was damage that needed replacing. I'd 100% recommend BVG to others.

The guys at BVG were okay and I'd recommend them to other people. I went down for the first time just to have a browse but didn't really get seen to, as I think it is appointment only. When I went back for my appointment, I ended up buying a different car to the ones I'd originally gone to see. I would have hoped for the car to be valeted to a higher standard, but other than that it was good.

I'd recommend BVG based on the buying experience of the Mercedes C-class, which has been good and I have no issues at all whilst at BVG.

I've always wanted an Audi TT and saw it was on for a good price. To be honest, I couldn't fault the service I received at BVG. I would definitely recommend them to others and consider buying a car from them again in the future.
