My experience at BVG Automotive was sound. Just looking around and seen a car I wanted so went to BVG. I have a tyre pressure sensor that keeps coming on, the tyre isn't going down so I need to look at that, but the staff were great when I was there, no pressure, they left us to it.

Cars great, all good. We had travelled a long way to get to the dealership and when we did we couldn’t drive the car away due to an issue which they only found out on the day but they were very apologetic and decided they would deliver it to us. I would recommend, Shah was great.

We have already got an electric vehicle and wanted another, so we went through a finance broker who introduced us to the dealer. Arranged it all and went to collect and have a test drive. We did find a crack in the windscreen which we didn’t know about so they should inspect the cars better but it was a smooth handover, quick and swift.

Top marks for an excellent service from a sleek, well run and professional organisation, particularly the communication and also given the fact that I travelled 700 miles round trip to make the purchase.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BVG Automotive even here in the far North East of Scotland !

On the day it was really good, everyone including the after sales team was quite responsive. After I got the car there was a sound coming from the brakes so I contacted the after sales team who said I should get it checked and they would pay the cost so the service was good.

I like the hybrid system on the Mercedes so l went to BVG as they had one I liked. The staff were very receptive. It was a quick process for me to get the car and it was pristine on collection. Four stars as I would have preferred a quicker turnaround but I have already recommended them to others.

I like the brand so went to see a BMW I liked at BVG. It was good at the dealership. Only one guy looking after customers and was busy so was waiting around abit. He was doing his best but they could improve this area.
