The team were great, they are all sound, accommodating and listened to my wants and needs. They were quick to dealt with it, hospitable and made sure we were looked after. I would definitely recommend them.

I tried to ask a follow up question to shah but to no avail. Yet He was accommodating and helpful when we were buying at the dealership. So i would give it a solid 4.

We went to BVG as we needed a family car for the room. I had a good experience, they were quick in getting back to me and good to deal with. It was an efficient sale and seemed easy. I would deal with them again.

BVG were very good but only problem we had was, we were told all the tyres were ok but the rears needed replacing at a cost of £180 so wasnt happy about that

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and on finance and I couldn't believe how easy the process was. Shah was lovely to deal with and my car did have a hiccup at the beginning but all seems to be perfect again, I do think the aftercare could have been handled a little better, but that said I would recommended them and buy from them again.

I was looking online and went through a broker. The car I went to see wasn’t what I thought it was so BVG automotive found me one I liked. Their sale approach was brilliant, easy, straightforward and they were very helpful. I’ve already told a friend and she has bought a car already from them.

Everything fine with the Range Rover Evoque I purchases, really happy. It was a really friendly experience, they were approachable and answered any questions. Couldn’t fault them, I was really impressed. Four stars as there is always room to improve and I would have like a longer warranty with the car as I only got three months and maybe bit of a better price on the trade in but happy with what was agreed in the end. The salesman was really good, really pleased with them. He gave me all the information for the car and let me have time to look through it. It can make you feel nervous making a big purchase but I felt at ease. Did it all on my own and they didn’t put me under any pressure which gave me a good impression.

The car has been great and reliable - so far so good! The service was prompt, honest, and delivery was fast. All service records were provided, and the car had a brand new oil change right before the sale. We have been using it as our daily driver, and have been enjoying it ever since it has been delivered to us. Thank you guys for your great, friendly, and reliable service. I would highly recommend!

Sales staff were very good with us, very friendly, it was brilliant. Which ever car we wanted to look at he had no problem showing them but we could only have one test drive as the cars were packed in which I understood. The salesman was very nice. I’ve already recommended them to family members.
