I bought brand new Vito Taxi .After 2 weeks noticed when start work Door steps not working...I repaired from Mercedes Benz Service center and they charged me £288...Surprised not covered under warranty. Rubbish Cab Direct customer service and dealing.Totally Frustrated

Disgusted by Cab Direct who sold me a brand new Ford Pro Cab taxi. Dodgy brakes and many other issues including admitting to knowingly selling taxi with faults. Shocking customer service.
Bought two taxis over years, swore i wouldnt touch cab direct again . Fell into a trap of false promises yet again . Told taxi available within week , five weeks later and a whole load of bull . Stay clear .
I bought a brand new taxi and the mot failed which was frustrating, the interior feels cheap, the back right folded seats are 20% down, I asked for different wheels instead of stock wheels and they gave me stock wheels. highly dont reccomend
