Purchased good car , good attention to my needs at time and then afterwards found that needed £2000 of works to sort out environmental / air conditioning that was evidently wrong prior to sales not working the next day. No responses to messages left or emails for over 6 weeks. Then told to check my warranty myself. But the information given had no phone number. Have had to get it repaired as not able to drive it with windows open in November. This matches all the other reviews on here and poor - have dealt with many after sales dealerships but this one.......

We bought a car and have had no end of problems with our Audi A3. I need a reliable car after heart surgery and they are actually causing me more stress! Won’t deal with the problems and my car has been in three times in the last month!! Joke service. I need a car to take me to hospital appointments.

Travelled down to Caffyns yesterday to view an Audi A3 Cabriolet. The salesman Elliott was charming and very helpful. We really liked the car so we enquired about the timing belt as we know these need to be replaced. We enquired as to the cost and were told it was in the region of £700. Elliott informed us that this was now due on the car. We naturally expected this to be done before selling, as we deemed this rather a safety issue. Elliott was going to ask his manager and get back us. About an hour later we spoke to Elliott who informed us that his manger said no they would not be replacing the timing belt as they had already spent £2400. on the Audi. Thank goodness I did my research on the car and knew about the timing belt. We were absolutely stunned that Caffyns knew the belt needed replacing and yet were prepared to sell us the car without doing it, if the belt snaps whilst you are driving it could be very dangerous. . You go to a main dealer, you know you will pay more but believe naively that you will be protected from these type of practises. The reviews here are damming and mine adds yet another.

I wish I had an option for zero but 1 star will have to do. Do not use this dealership, they sold me the wrong car and a cheaper one at that. Even worse they are not interested in helping. Audi UK have been brilliant and are helping me with this issue. Typical used car salesman ethic of get the car sold no matter what even if you have to lie. To top it off I had the car for 3 months and it needed £2000 of repairs not covered by the warranty and should have been picked up before the car was sold. No help at all from the dealer luckily Audi UK and another dealership came to my rescue. Eastbourne Audi were absolutely no help and relished in telling me that they would not be doing so. Really poor service and letting the Audi brand down massively. GO ELSEWHERE SCAMMERS

First time i been audi showroom for buy my first car it’s been very Disappointed because i came form Nottingham to Eastbourne audi to buy a car but unfortunately when i call them to reserve a car i ask him is there any damage to the car or anything bad with it he no its in good condition but actually not in good condition when i been to the showroom there was a crack on the windscreen and tyres and disk brake need to be changed and also need service aswell then i refuse to buy that car but after that I told them to give me a refund which i paid for reservations they said ok u will receive refund in 2 to 3 days but I haven’t received any thing yet I called 5 times over there but I haven’t heard anything from them it’s disgusting

''Appalling service'' I purchsed an Audi Q7 using the Autotrader webiste for over £30,000 from this so called (reputable) dealer and was advised the log book would come in the post... Chased up V5 for several months and each time to be told it has been paid for and i would just need to wait... 3 months later i was then told by the DVLA it has not been applied for !!! Alarm bells were ringing here, they said, no application was ever made for a new V5 and i would need to conatact the dealer. Called Jay at the branch who advised nothing more he could do so i then contacted Audi UK who the got Phillip Jackson the manager to call me, who said he would now make the application as it was clear no previous application was ever submitted. I then advised Mr Jackson i was having two further ongoing issues with the car. Firstly, a creaking sunroof only while it was open and brake juddering at high speeds, he advised me i was coverd under Audi used car warranty and was assured 100% that this will be sorted by the local dealer in glasgow. Please note, prior to me picking up the car this dealership advised approxamitly £3500 was spent on the car which included a sunroof service and new brake pads and disks. So, to my surprise they happen to be the same two areas that have the issues. The local Audi dealer in stirling contacted Audi warranty who stated these issues were on the car at the time of purchase and did not fail after so, they arent covered under the warranty terms. Once again I called the dealership, asking them to sort these issues out, only for them to state that nothing more they can done. I called VW Audi finance and made complaint who investigated the matter and concluded that the sunroof and brakes are wear and tear items so the matter is closed, despite the fact i showed them a copy of the invoice given to me at of purchase for the sunroof service, new disks and pads. So, clearly the dealership have lied about the servicing of these issues. Clearly this dealership is only after one thing, that's your money at any cost. before you buy from these, check out the various review sites and one will get how dishoinest they are. My gripe is also with Autotrader as they should be able to intervene in such matters as i am initally using their website to purchase a car, i am also relaying on their expertise and the peace of mind that surely they must only allow reputable dealers to advertise on their website.

Had an unfortunate dealing with Audi Eastbourne, the customer service is awful and when trying to make sense of a problem the answer is "I don't know" and want to charge hundreds to diagnose a problem that's not even there. Failed an MOT when it has passed elsewhere at a reputable garage! Got made to pay the full MOT price even though the service was unacceptable. Money grabbing & very upset about the experience!

I bought an A6 earlier this year and despite them doing their used car pre delivery checks, the car stop/stop has never worked. I've reported this to them but they don't want to know. I expected more from an Audi dealer. There was also damage to the nearside corner which had been badly touched up, which they failed to mention.

Brought an Audi Q3 no end of problems Was encouraged to take out extra insurance for two years and also gap insurance been repaired once but the repair wasn’t done properly and the engine management light came on again don’t think they checked their cars before they sell them Very poor and disappointed in Audi

I'll be very short ,never been served like this in my life, when you want to spend a lot of money for the new car ,and the person treating you like "rubbish"- I don't know who is selecting this people there but if you want to feeling happy buying new car don't go in Eastbourn Audi
