I went to Canvey Carriage Company with my Dad to look at an Audi A1, when we got there the salesman was really welcoming and friendly. We had a good look around the car, on our own the salesman completely left us to it, until we was ready to ask questions. My Dad and I asked lots of questions and the guy answered everything, he was really helpful and professional, no pressure. The car is great, I've upgraded from an older Renault Clio - so I absolutely love my Audi! Its nice to drive and so much smoother and more comfortable. No issues at all with the car or the service, I would happily go back to Canvey Carriage Company again.

I really cannot fault these guys. I purchased a part-ex car a few weeks ago and the service I received was no different to purchasing a car from a dealership itself. They are friendly, helpful, honest, professional and not pushy at all. Unlike some dealerships I'd been to, they didn't make me feel like a nuisance when I wanted a 2nd test drive or wanted to know certain information about the car. Communication was fantastic and emails were responded to quickly. Everything that was agreed at point of sale was done. The whole process was seamless. The premises and workshop were immaculately clean and tidy. I was surprised and pleased to receive a follow up call today. I've never had this before. I would definitely purchase another car from Canvey Carriage Company. Highly recommend these guys. We went to Canvey Carriage Company, but wasn't 100% sure what car we wanted, we had seen a few we liked with the dealer so went down to view and potentially test drive. My partner was going to be mainly driving the car, so it was important that it suited both of our needs, but mainly hers. Greg was absolutely fantastic, he took details of what we wanted/needed out of a car etc and he came back with a couple that he thought would suit us, one was a Nissan Juke... My partner fell in love with it, that's what we ended up buying. We relied on Greg and his knowledge and advice, it was key to us making a decision. Very nice chap, with a lot of time for customers, can't recommend highly enough!

The Nissan Qashqai I purchased is great, its very nice to drive. We haven't had any issues with the car at all - it is a semi automatic so still getting used to it. Its very different from what I have driven in the past, buts its a lovely car, great condition, great price and the staff at Canvey Carriage Company were brilliant. They were all very friendly, kind and welcoming.

I've always owns Ford's, they are the makes of car I like, I was driving an older Fiesta, and definitely needed to upgrade. I found a Ford Ecosport at Canvey Carriage Company and it looks lovely, just what I needed. I went to view it and test drive and the guys there were so helpful and friendly. There was no issues at all with the service or along the way, no pressure or hard selling, the guys just let me look around, test drive and come to a decision. I had a budget in mind and the car was within that, I loved it when I test drove so I agreed to buy. I like to ask lots of questions and fully understand everything and the dealer answered everything I asked and gave me a lot of information on the car. Its wicked to drive, very nice and smooth, I'm made up with it. I will happily purchase here again and recommend to friends and family.

We were on the hunt for a new car as we are expecting our 3rd baby, so needed a spacious, practical family car, we found the perfect Nissan Qashqai with Canvey Carriage Company. It fits our criteria, the boot is a great size, its spacious inside and all children will be comfortable in it. The car is lovely, very good condition and we're pleased with it. I dealt with Greg, he was brilliant. When we travelled home in the car, the tyre pressure light came on, I contacted Greg and he said if needed to bring it back and he will replace the tyre. Luckily, its been fine since and no issues, but I have the confidence that if I need any help, they will happily assist. I can't fault the car or service at all.
