My daughter and I have recently purchased a car each from the company. John was the salesman for both however the other salesman Darren and Billy had a helpful and knowledgeable input. The whole sales experience was stress free and with no pressure from the sales team, just honest advise. My daughter's car had some initial \ teething problems \" which were identified and dealt with quickly and efficiently with minimum inconvenience to my daughter. Everyone we have meet or spoken to from the company have been friendly extremely helpful and willing to assist in every way they could. Arrived at Canvey Carriages intending to look at a particular car. Gero showed us an alternative which we loved and it was £2000 cheaper. He made the part exchange easy and even went to the bother of sending off for a tax refund on my old car for me. We will have to wait to see how the car performs but with a one year five star warrantee we should not need to worry I would buy a car there again and recommend them to anyone. one word of warning, if you see seagulls flying around the front door it will be Gero eating his tin of sardines like a Penguin it would be better to give him 5 minutes.

Purchased a car from this company and have had to return the car 4 times to have the heating fixed. On the 4th attempt they still have not fixed the heating and even drove the car outside of working hours on a so called test drive that lasted from 17:20 until 9am the following day. The sad thing is that the so called test drive would have shown them the heating was still not working! IF YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CAR BE PREPARED FOR THEM TO DRIVE YOUR CAR FOR PERSONAL USE!!!

Found Gero who sold me the vehicle last week was very helpful and very knowledgeable together with excellent customer service and honest , sometimes not always found in second hand car dealership! He proved his ability to quickly solve an issue as I did have when I arrived to collect my vehicle and make everything possible to make me have a positive experience from buying a vehicle from him . Terrible service today! Brought car a month ago and a new mot on it only to find a list of faults, and took it back only to get a salesman talking down at me!! Maybe my money isn't enough for him, arrogance and intimidating (well trying to be) will never use this lot again, steer clear.
