It's not very often you would say parting with a large amount of money is a nice experience, but this was. Canvey Carriage Company operate very different to any other dealership I've purchased from or visited. Every single member of staff I spoke to or dealt with was polite, courteous and very accommodating. I was very apprehensive, but I'm really glad I chose this dealership and I'm really pleased with the Vauxhall Zafira I bought. The car is brilliant, its in top condition, drives great and really comfortable inside. When I took the car away, I took it to my friend he had a good look around and then lifted the bonnet, he was really surprised to see how well the car had been looked after mechanically, he was also very shocked to see a brand new battery in the car. Canvey Carriage did absolutely everything they said they would, and have provided me with a top car for great value - I will 100% return and buy from here again in the future.

I bought a car years ago from Canvey Carriage Company, and remember they was very good. When we was in the market for a new car, I checked Canvey's stocklist out first, they had a Ford Kuga and it ticked all the boxes for us. The car is great, working perfectly, its really nice to drive too! Very happy with it. I was quite shocked at how easy, smooth and effortless the whole process was, we didn't have to do much at all, the dealer did everything for us. I've bought cars previously and its been a nightmare, and very pressurised but it was nothing like that, it was just a nice experience in all honesty. I will recommend and return again when ready.

I passed my test and bought my first car from Canvey Carriage Company about 5 years ago, I never had a single issue with the car, it was perfect, and the dealer was fantastic. I needed a new car as we are expecting a baby and my very nice 19 plate Audi TT convertible was just not practical - it was my pride and joy but I needed to swap it for something more child-friendly. Canvey was the first place I thought of. They had a Vauxhall Mokka for sale, I called and spoke to Greg, he was absolutely brilliant. He got it all sorted within hours, I called in the morning and I went to pick it up later that day. It was prepped, clean, tidy and ready for me to drive away, its a lovely car, I am over the moon with it. The other half loves it, and it is definitely child-friendly, so it will serve it purpose perfectly. Can't fault the guys there or the stock, always spot on and provides top customer service.

I went to Canvey Carriage after seeing a Fait Doblo advertised, the advert of the car read very well, and it looked in great condition and a fair price. When I was in contact with the garage, the dealer was very helpful, friendly and the process was easy. I've enjoyed driving the car since buying, and it was exactly as advertised. I would buy from Canvey Carriage Company again and happily recommend them to others.

Cant fault this dealer at all. Very good. Very helpful and friendly, and clued up too. I bought a Dacia Duster, and although I've not driven it that much, what I have driven, I like. Its running well, driving like a dream, can't complain at all. I would buy from here again.

Matt was dealing with me, he is really really good. He phoned me all the time giving me updates, making sure I was happy with everything. He even called me and talked me through the paperwork, I needed help understanding and he was great, explained everything to me properly and never rushed me. I bought a Ford Focus and its amazing, I love it!! So pleased I'm back in a car, and a very nice one!! Greg was great when I collected the car, very friendly and helpful - he had the car valeted very well too, it was clean and shiny and smelt lovely inside! I had a Nissan Qashqai for years, I like them, they are reliable and more importantly, they are comfortable to drive. Although the car was great, I was looking for something a bit newer, less mileage etc. I found a Qashqai at Canvey Carriage, and it was exactly what I was after. I very quickly agreed the deal, the guys were very good they got things sorted quickly, there was no messing about at all, no waiting around, all time frames were met and the dealer did everything they said they would. Very organised and on the ball!

I used Canvey Carriage Company around 7/8 years ago to buy a car. They were great back then, very helpful and honest salesmen.
