Bought a c max...good price..I now know why....leaks everywhere.... had new windscreen.... one side stopped now leaking from heater.... e mailed to state they must have known..no reply..... be careful....
We drove away with our Grand CMax today from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcome and truly valued, before finalising we asked to look at the Car in more depth and without hesitation we was handed the keys; this already installed great trust as based on previous experience normally getting the ‘you can trust us’ remark but in this instance we was given complete freedom, all Paper work was given to use neatly in a folder and explained, our car received a service and mot just days before us picking it up and was in great condition when we did. So thank you for the awesome service!

we bought Ford Galaxy, from Canvey Trade Cars dealer on 16/10/2020. we paid almost a total of £5999. The car has An Excessive smoke Found from burned engine oil. The Engine has Excessive smoke because it was worn, piston rings and seals also are worn, moreover, I am aware that this trade has used a substance called Engine Doctor and this only can be used with a vehicle to cover up any imperfections in the running and the true condition of an engine. The trade has directed us to return the vehicle for an inspection. For more than 3 months, the trade kept our car and their response was that the car yet in the workshop for inspection. We realistically without a family car nor with our money for the previous 3 months, hence for those reasons I request a refund. The dealer refused to give us a refund nor was able to fix the issue we are handling this case to the trade standard for help

After a very bad experience with a nearby garage, John reassured us 100% ! A few months ago we came from France to buy from this garage and it was certainly a great buy. We are now the owners of a beautiful Mercedes (A class) - no surprises, no issues - all was clean and in perfect condition. We recommend this garage 100%! Merci John!!
