I PURCHASED A VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN ON 02/08/2025 AND THE CAR STARTED JERKING AND PULLING AS I WAS DRIVING, WHEN IN REVERSE THE CAR DRIVE FORWARD VERY SCARY NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS HAPPENING, I HAD DIAGNOSTIC CHECK DONE AND THE MECHANIC DEEMED THE CAR AS DANGEROUS AND NOT TO DRIVE, TRANSMISSION CLUTCH 2 NOT RECOGNISING, THERE'S A LONG LIST OF FAULTS WITH THE CAR, UNDER THE CONSUMERS ACT 2015 I AM ENTITLED TO REJECT THE CAR AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THE COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING THIS DANGEROUS CAR THEY STILL HADN'T SENT THE V5C LOG BOOK OFF TO PUT IN MY NAME, WHEN YOU CALL THE COMPANY SAL SAYS THE PERSON WHO DEALS WITH THIS IS NOT IN TODAY TGAT HAPPENED EVERY TIME YOU CALLED, I HAVE ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS AND COPY OF THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT IN AN EMAIL AND GIVEN THEM 7 DAYS TO COLLECT THIS CAR THAT IS DEEMED DANGEROUS THEY SOLD ME, IF ITS NOT COLLECTED BY THEN I AM STARTING PROCEEDINGS TAKING THE COMPANY TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT, BEWARE OF WHAT THIS COMPANY IS SELLING YOU AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CUSTOMER CONSUMERS ACT 2015 YOU ARE ENTITLED TO REJECT THE VEHICLE AND RECEIVE FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS AND 30 DAYS TO 6 MONTHS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, YOU CANNOT TRUST ANY DEALER, AS FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS LEFT BY PREVIOUS BUYERS ARE THEY REAL OR FAKE

We paid a £200 reservation fee for a vehicle and was told if we didn't like it we would get reimbursed only to find that they wouldn't give us are money back as we had a test drive what a joke of a company please don't use this dealer
