I am happy with my new car . friendly people never pushed me in to a car left me look around I narrowed it down to two cars and Paul told me the pros and cons to each as I do a lot of miles through work and fuel economy is really important to me. I would not touch Car and Caravan Co with a barge pole again I purchased a Chrysler 300 Estate on the 24th of october 2017 on the way home two lights came on the dashboard. On the 25th i rang my local Chrysler Dealer which they had the car in put it on their machine and came up with the swirl flap and Acuator need replacing also a turbo hose which had got a split in it I rang the sale man who i done the deal with he told me to get the car back and they would repair the car. I returned the car on the 6th of October. On the 23rd of October the car was still in the work shop not ready between that time i had contacted the sales mam 10 times and 3 Emails Each time to be told we will call me when its ready. The time for this repair was timed and costed by my local garage as a 5 hour job. On the 27th by Email warning that i was putting this in the hands of my Solicitors for a full refund as they were in breach of contract under the terms of Consumer right 2015.

I need advice more than anything I'm 20 years old and I have gone to the caravan and car co brigg a few times now to look at the fiesta st it's going to be my first car so need to to be safe the first time I went to the place I had a good look at the car inside and out there didn't seem to be much TLC required apart from breaks and a bit of paint I asked the person to take me for a test drive and I quote him saying *drives perfectly* I listened out of any obvious noises I didn't hear anything too alarming apart from a slight squeak from one side but this could be down to wheel bearings/breaks that's where the first lot of my money has been taken I've been back today to put a deposit on the car and got told in there words *it pulls slightly to the left* then when I see the paper it says *pulls left severely* but at this point my mom refundable deposit has been taken I've been promised that they will re MOT it as it runs out in December and that they will sort the pulling issue out, now the first time I'm going to drive is when I pick this car up and I live a hour and a half way and I am slightly concerned about the safety of the car as more and more seems to be coming out of the woodwork.

A true view of this company and their practices. I'd agree with the reviews about the staff. They are friendly people. Be warned I bought a car from there and it become very clear that they don't know what they are selling. They clearly get the vehicles in, clean them up and sell them on. No information provided about the condition or any advisories. No HPI checks and no service documents. My car's brakes where 70% worn, had not be serviced, would have failed an MOT. The MOT they provided wasn't worth the paper it was written on.This company uses a 3rd party garage to MOT and service. The service might not get done and the MOT will give the car a clean bill of health. To find when you get it home, clean means only the seats. If you plan to buy a car from here, take someone knowledgeable with you if your not knowledgeable yourself. It's like a lottery. You might find a good car or a bad one. They personally don't know the true mechanical condition of the car's they sale. They don't have a mechanic onsite to determine it. Buy from Car and Caravan Co with absolute caution!

This is my third car from car and caravan and I have great service every time they sell over 100 cars a month they must be doing something right looking at some of the bad revues i.e. one is the wrong price admin error blood hell !! Too much time on their hands I will always go back there the lads there are up for a good laugh ,great place to do business

The experience of actually purchasing from Car And Caravan Co Brigg ran very smooth, but the after sales leaves a lot to be desired. Three out of four of the tyres are "cracking" which although passed an MOT are not particularly safe. This was pointed out to the garage, after an independent report was carried out, who are basically not interested. The car left the garage without being cleaned and is also due a service, which if we do not pay to have it done soon will render the warranty invalid. I would not recommend the garage whatsoever based on this. On top of what I paid for the car I am now going to have to spend a further £300 plus to make it right.
