Stuck with a £1,100 bill for air con replacement. Bought the car in cold weather and issue only became apparent in hot weather, but they weren’t interstellar in contributing even though it was obviously a problem when they sold it. Wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole!

Had a great experience buying my dream car from Brian at Car Buyers Direct. From agreeing to opening the dealership on a Sunday just for me to getting the car in tiptop condition ahead of collection a few days later, Brian displayed great customer care and attention to detail. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. I always worry when buying a car especially from a second hand dealer. I had the best service and wouldn't have got a better one from the manufacturer. I bought Alfa Romeo Mito Luso from Carbuyers direct a few months back and everything has been great up to now. I have had no issues at all and the dealer was a really big help. The price of the car was very good and its excellent value for money. I would recommend this dealership.
