Got the car within two day, fully MOT'd was brillliant. Nice team, no issues at all.

Overall I am quite pleased with my experience with the team at Car Central Birmingham. The lady I dealt with was great and she made me feel comfortable. There has been a couple of issues post sale with the vehicle, but they have been really helpful to try and get this rectified for me, its just getting to them I'm finding tricky at the moment. But hopefully this will all be sorted soon.

Having had an E-Class in the past, I knew I was looking for another. I had a look online and found the right car. When I visited the dealership in person the lady and 2 gentlemen that looked after me were very helpful and sorted everything out for me. The new Mercedes is very technical but its better all round which I am very happy with.

Normally I would buy vehicles privately but when I found this car online via Car Gurus and checked the reviews of the dealership, we decided to go and have a look. When we went to view the Ford Kuga the guys at Car Central allowed us to have a look round in our own time with no pressure or rushing us, which we found absolutely brill. Once we had viewed the car it ticked all the boxes. The service all round was brilliant and we have had no issues with the car at all.

Car Central Birmingham was really good and the delivery service was also very good. I have driven my Audi Q3 quite a lot and its been perfect. Having found the vehicle online, I rang the garage and they sorted out the delivery for me! 5*

My rating overall experience is 5. The staff were friendly and helpful but my only concern would be the length of time from purchase to delivery which was one week. Having paid in full for the car I would have expected only a few days for MOT and servicing. My only problem now is that the car is so much different to my E Class estate I'm still trying to figure out what the COMAND controls.

The service provided by the staff at Car Central Birmingham was excellent and they were great to deal with. I’m pretty sure we dealt with a chap called Harry who treated us really well. We’re down in Essex and they’re up in Birmingham, but they arranged transport for my daughter’s new Audi A1 and had it delivered to us which was super efficient!

My new car is doing well and I’m happy with my purchase. There are a couple of minor issues with the car at the moment, but I’ll be calling the dealership soon to get them sorted, nothing major, just a few niggles I’d like them to check. The service I received from the young lady who helped with the purchase was lovely, and overall I’m really happy with the experience and the service I received.

I don’t usually buy second-hand cars, I’ve always gone for brand new, but I got tired of the monthly payments and just wanted a solid car I could jump into and drive, no strings attached. Car Central Birmingham didn’t disappoint! The service was absolutely superb, and they helped me find a car I’m really pleased with. The car itself is fantastic, and I’ve already been recommending them to my friends. If I’m ever in the market for another car, I’ll definitely be coming back.

They were so helpful at the dealership, they got everything done prior to me arriving to collect my new car and more than happy to help wherever they could. My only issue at the moment is that my TPMS light (tyre pressure light) keeps flashing which is a little annoying but I have this checked, and there is nothing showing so it might well just be a loose wire. Car overall is fine and drives lovely and does everything I need it to do.
