The guy we dealt with was brilliant. Really understood our need for a family car as we're expecting a baby. The only reason it's not a 5 is that we are still awaiting the log book almost a month after purchasing the vehicle.

I like the Mercedes I bought from Car Central as its an automatic. Good experience on the day and the process didn’t take long. I drove away same day which felt great. Took the car for a test drive and I was confident to buy it. Quick straightforward, no problem at all.

Everything’s fine with the car. This was my first time using Car Central and the experience was great. Whole process was less than a week. I’d read their reviews which were mixed but the salesperson helped secured the deal. I dealt with Harry. He was very friendly, responsive and answered my questions. We communicated over whats app which was easy, good response time.

This was my first time using Car Central Birmingham and they looked like a proper garage. Four stars as cars could be cleaner on the bodywork but the car I chose was cheaper and older. I cent remember the salesperson name but the atmosphere was friendly. I found the staff punctual, polite, happy to help.

Very happy with the car. I was looking online as I needed a car straight away. I saw the Kia and had it delivered. They were helpful with answering questions and the car was delivered on the day I wanted it. Their communication, everything was good from start to finish. I will recommend.

Absolutely fantastic dealership. They are amazing. I was recommended to go there and we have bought two cars now. I can't fault them. Harry, the owner, reduced the price for us as we are returning customers. I will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend them and have done already.

I saw the dealership on Autotrader and chose them because they are an Rac approved dealership & they had a car I could afford. We did have a disagreement with one of the sales guys but it ended fine. The rest of the staff were fine. I had to come back a second time to collect because of a few things with the MOT. If car wasn’t in such a good condition I wouldn’t have gone back however, when I went to go pick it up, it was ready and I could drive away straight away.

Going very well with the Jeep. I found the vehicle which lead me to the dealership. Harry and everybody there were sound. Welcoming, friendly, quick process. I’d not heard of the dealership before hand but the car was presented as in the pictures. I gave four stars as not yet received the log book but I would recommend.

Needed a car urgently and the service was good, but disappointed after being told the car I was buying would be serviced with a fresh MOT, to then be sold a car with MOT advisories that I needed to sort.

Carcentral were brilliant from start to finish during the whole process. From initial contact they were very helpful and made sure the vehicle of our choice was ready when we wanted it to be. On arrival everyone at the showroom was very friendly and went out of their way to cater for our needs. On agreement of price the office were excellent in helping us arrange road tax and drive away insurance. Would definitely recommend if you find the car of your choice advertised there. You won’t be disappointed. Very pleased with our purchase and can’t thank them enough.
