Might be ok if you have zero issues. Absolutely terrible if you do, I'd give 0 stars if I could. My Aunt purchased a car from them in Feb 2024. She bought the car unseen and as such was protected under distance selling rules. This meant she could return the car without needing a reason. The delivery driver harassed her into signing for the car before she was properly able to assess it, and despite assurances that it would have a new MOT, it was delivered without a new MOT, with it having less than 6 months to go (they are RAC approved, which guarantee's a minimum of 6 months). She called the Car City Luton and was coerced into accepting the car, with promises they would still sort the MOT. On inspection, the car was covered in scratches that had not been highlighted on the video walk round and were bad enough that combined with the lack of an MOT meant she decided to return the car. Cue MONTHS of difficulty in getting them to acknowledge the laws on distance selling and eventual discussions of legal action and they eventually agreed to take the car back, with a discount for the collection costs (god forbid they have any inconvenience or expense!), which was a joke as delivery was included in the price and therefore not legally deductible. But at this point we were just ready to be done with them. The car was finally returned in May 2024. We thought that was the end of the horrendous service, but alas! 9 months later, in Feb 2025, we have yet more hassle, as the well established dealers failed to complete the incredibly basic task of registering the new owner. Cue PCN's being received and alerting my Aunt, causing yet more stress and disruption. One call to their office and I was assured they would resolve this. I was foolish enough to trust them at their word, very much my mistake. May 2025 and yet another PCN and confirmation the car is STILL in my Aunts name. So, again I call them and reiterate they need to resolve this and once again I am given false promises of them actually taking responsibility. I was told to WhatsApp them, which I have done several days ago and they can't even be bothered to reply. Congratulations if you've made it to the end of this saga! In conclusion, if you want a guaranteed hassle free experience, even if things don't quite go to plan then AVOID this company at all costs.

Very bad on customer service They never reply back you after you buyed car of them. I had issues with them before I made purchase with them I asked about car key they said this car has 2 key after I made payment there staff said we can't find the other key. He said when we find it we send by post I took them words came out. After couple day I called them to ask about key they said we still finding it I said oki they after I made 100 calls they not bothered to answer my call. Then one point they answered 5 different people spoken didn't want answers my question. Till now I'm calling and texting they not bothered to even reply back. BAD CUSTOMERS Service.
void this dealer at all costs, we brought a car GJ69TGY from this dealer in August 2024 and we had a month with this car before the problems started, it was taken to vauxhall for a diagnostic and were told this car needed a new engine, Car City luton told us that Vauxhall were liars and it wasn’t that issue. They ignored us for weeks and then finally told us they would collect the car to repair, after almost a month of waiting they finally collected the car. They kept giving us dates that the car would be ready by and then on that day told us it wouldn’t, the car was in their garage for 3 weeks at this point. We finally managed to get a hold of the garage who actually had our car and he told us he had only had the car for a week and the other 2 it had just been sat there. We got our car back on Christmas eve and boxing day it broke down again, we had someone come and look at the car and told us the engine had not been fixed. The dealership finally came to get the car and were told we would get our money back. This was almost a month ago and we still have not had any money back, they completely ignore ours and the finance company’s calls and if we do manage to get through they hang up. They also have tried selling our car before paying us the money and paying off the finance (it’s currently listed for sale on their website) and i am sure that no problems on that vehicle have been fixed. They are scamming people and i would AVOID THIS DEALER.

Drove two hours to get to Luton and having spoken over the phone for part exchange the dealer was eager for us to come over. My own car being nine years newer than the car I wanted to exchange with only because Lexus is a bigger brand than Ford. The moment we got to dealer he walks out and says "this sort of car always has gearbox issues" we tell him it doesn't and he can check the car ofcourse. A second man walks out and says the same thing. Beating in mind they haven't even gotten a close look but made these allegations. At this point I was so angry because I knew my time was wasted. Still looked at the Lexus only for the side mirrors not adjusting as they should for driver to be able to see adequately. And the two dealers come to us saying you have an engine light on. I explain that's true but we've had the car MOT and checked and there is no issue however since it is a modern 2019 make car these issues are common and he can check MOT history. The dealer starts accusing us of all sorts and then reveals that his own car has noisy shocks. At this point we walk to our car and drive off. They basically wanted to reassure us that our newer modern car was faulty and maybe we'd sell to them for pennies before buying their faulty car and then regretting. Awful service, con artists at their best.
