rip offs - don’t buy any cars from here they lie to sell cars most have problems and are imports. my dad used to work at this garage and has warned me never to buy cars from here same owners for years are very crooked

I recently bought a polo and have to say the service was good from Peter. The car had a red oil light on when test driving it butvwas resaaurred this would be all sorted. After having the car for three weeks whilst driving it on a long journey the yellow engine light came on and the car lost acceleration and when coming to a stop kept cutting out. I had to wait a week to fit it into a garage that was RAC under the warranty. The warranty only covered one part and was left with the balance to pay. Received rude emails from them promised phone calls back and refused to pay the balance. I would buy from them with caution. This happened within 30 days of buying the car and would not recommend them based on the lack of care after buying a car that develops a fault quickly.

charge you way way over the odds for parts on mots. charge you for minor advisories also way over the top. this has happened to several people I know. they are rude and definitely there just to lure u in with a cheap mot and scam the hell out of u for repairs. even getting quoted for some small body work, I ended up at another garage getting it done under half what they charged. stay away from these

Booked my MOT in the website and went on person to hear that the booking has not come through. Its ok when IT system goes wrong but the person in the reception Ronald was very rude (all it was required was just a sorry and ask to re-book if required) but this guy just mentioned he cannot do anything. I am afraid he is lacking the very basic customer service skills and surprised how someone like this person can be in the front office! In the past i have been there to see a car and the dealer aspects was relatively better but however way poor.

They sold my grandad a faulty car ... he had heart attack as it was malfunctioning on the motorway he sadly passed away from the incident .... car contacts offers me £5000 and offerd me a young girl aged 16 and told me I could have her for 24 hours and do what ever I want I just walked away people like that should be shot receive the death penalty .... how are they allow to run a business they should not be allowed to operate in the community
Had a price to fix my car from car contacts which was £1250 I thought it was expensive so I tried mr clutch there price was £550.£700 cheaper than car contacts.becareful taking your car here you are getting charged a lot more money than other garages.they seem to be charging more than main dealer
I bought a car from Car Contacts on the 9th July 2017, I spent over £3,400 on purchasing a second hand black Hyundai, I paid for a 24 month warranty. They also explained there is a 3 month warranty as well, should anything go wrong, they would fix it. On 3rd September I was driving home and a tyre burst suddenly, luckily a gentleman helped me to replace it, he took one look at the tyre and advised that I could have been killed and recommended that I go back to the car dealer with a lawyer. The front wheel was completely worn and he checked the tyres, the other front wheel was the same. The car was illegal and dangerous to drive, I had to go to my local tyre service, they confirmed the tyres were dangerous and illegal to drive, they fixed the problem, which was with the alignment. Car contacts said they wouldn't accept liability but make a goodwill payment. I am still waiting for this. I then received a threatening letter from a company called Lawdata on behalf of Car Contacts demanding me to remove my review. My review is honest and factual so I am posting it online in a hope to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Worst car garage ever sold my father a faulty car ... he had heart attack due to car malfunctions car contacts offers me a good will sum of £5000 and also said I could sleep if his 16 year old daughter he said I could do what ever I want ... I just walked away disgusting bunch they should be hung
Very professional and easy to deal with. Knowledgeable and helpful. Car was serviced, taxed and spotlessly clean when I collected it. Would definitely use them again.
