I have been a very loyal customer of Car Giant for many years and must have bought and part exchanged 6-7 cars with them over the past 10 years. Called this morning to make sure they still do valuations for part exchange and I was told to just pop in and get the valuation done which I thought was great! I went in and headed straight to the part exchange desk where I waited for a good 5 mins until a member of staff walked in with his coffee and suggested that I should find a car that I want to buy first then get a valuation booked in. How would one calculate their budget without knowing how much they can get for the car they are part exchanging??? I find this ridiculous!!! I agreed and I then went online and found the car I wanted and told them that I was ready only to find out that the old man at the part exchange desk decided to shout accross the room while having a customer sitting in front of him only to tell me that I must get the keys to the car that I want to buy to have a look at it before they can see me for a part exchange!!! AGAIN, how stupid!!! I wanted to know how much they are willing to offer for my car first so that I can calculate my affordability which is common sense in my opinion but Car giant appears to be only interested in forcing you to buy!! You have just lost a very loyal customer and believe me I will no longer be recommending you to anyone!! Good luck surviving!!
Chosen car wasn’t washed properly, green mould left on the windows , salon wasn’t properly cleaned either. Once you have paid for the car, you will be one of them all sittin, waiting to either car to be fixed or simple to get it . No one will look at you twice once you have signed contract! After some waiting around to sign contract, to get deposit back etc you will wait for someone who take pity on you and finally give you ur car keys . You will have to go to collect it by yourself. There will be no one to direct you outside but you will be so exhausted that it would feels like blessing. My car has scuffs on it and quite fresh but i drove off just because i was feed up with it and wanted to go home. Now, month later, it turned out that roof is leaking quite badly, all of sudden i remembered that girl who told me that she was waiting for her car to be fixed since morning, she did looked very stressed out and tired… well it will be me soon , once they respond to my letter. Would i recommend Cargiant? No !

from looking for a car to finance was excellent service, jordan in sales and bryan on finance was very helpful, they’re everything they can to help customers, but when it comes to collection reception is the worst ever customer service i ever seen, this asian girl is so abrupt and talking to customers like they are a 5 years old kids, she never smile and not willing to help at all, i think she shouldn’t be a receptionist, her attitude is the worst i ever seen in car giant. this is dated 31/07/21 at 11:30 AM. with jordan and bryan i will give 5 star . but this girl affect the rest of my ratings.

Car giant are a bunch of crooks. Took a deposit of £490 without advising only 1 key was available for car purchased and when I advised I would only take car with 2 keys or money off car to purchase key (£200) they said no and would be keeping my deposit. They are withholding money they do not legally have the right to do so as did not state that only 1 key available at time deposit paid. Cannot express ny disgust fir this shambolic thieving company strongly enough!

Spent 14 k on car and I get problems are car giants fault but it is how you deal with them. The car has now had 2 clutch kits and I am still looking at no car. Instead I have been told to wait again. I have now been waiting over 3 weeks for a car repair (I had the car for 5 weeks only). If you are unlucky with your purchase be warned about terrible after sales
Second time I've purchased my car from these guys and they didn't let me down,,great service,very organised ,aftersales excellent ,7 days from picking my new car to driving it home ,it needed an oil change so they paid for it to go to Halfords to have a full service so it won't need one for 18 months they even had the pollen filter changed Fantastic service ,see you again in a couple of years .
I bought Audi A4 , they said is HPI clear and I notice after few days front seatbelts jammed (in most of the cases car involved in accident causing this) And to be honest that's the most important check they should perform on cars before selling, is just putting your life at risk: SEATBELTS, obviously they haven't check them and they just lie us in the face , Also found paint spray marks on passenge side both doors resprayed marks on windows, I have 4 different tyres brand and model, Please don't buy as looks like they don't really care about customers and I just waisted my money now I will ask for seatbelts and tyres to be replaced and some sort of compensation for my time waisted becouse of them been so unprofessional, I will update my review when completed

I spent just under £12k on a 17 plate bmw. From the moment we turned on the car you could clearly hear something was wrong. If I had not noticed something was wrong I would’ve driven a car which would’ve endangered mine and my families lives. I was made to drive a car which had needed the following items to be replaced Timing chain kit, tensioner (keeps timing chain intact) cab sharft gears, rear crank shaft oil fiel, rocker cover gasket, spark plugs, oil filter, air filter, aux belt kit, clutch kit, fly wheel They are so unhelpful and have no customer service I have been spoken to rudely by several members of staff and made to feel like all the issues are my fault. They all just sit there talking amongst one another when you go in and do not help or serve customers and are highly unprofessional.They expect me to constantly drive back and forth to pick it up, I was told the car would be dropped to me and now I am being told I will have to take time off work again to pick up this car. I was sold a death trap which could’ve literally blown up while driving it all I have been offered is a bmw health check and £100 petrol (which I have to pay for and then invoice them for) also according to car Giant £100 of petrol fills up a 1.5l BMW 4/5 times..... when in reality it would fill it up twice at most which is what I have spent driving back and forth already. They have tried to rush this whole process and sold me a car which is clearly not road worthy. I am paying insurance for a car I have not been driving and car giant refuse to offer me anything else or any sort of compensation. If I could give 0 stars I would,

The place is filthy and they operate like a Primark of cars. Do not expect any after sales attention because they will find any loopholes to avoid responsibility of the faulty parts the cars come with. Avoid at all costs.

Cargiant has a great selection of cars - but it will come with a price! 1. on average whole purchase and part exchange takes 6 hours or even NEXT day ! 2. advisor is obsessed with selling you additional features 3. car comes rather dirty inside so I felt pushed to actually clean it within cargiant product - massively overpriced but very good wash for 300 £ 4. PArt exchange - bad price 5. After 7 long hours I was exhausted and tired - dealer could not find second car key ! !! !! Over all cargiant is probably a good choice for someone much younger than me and who has a whole day or even two to waste . BTW - I am happy with my car so far NEver again
