I bought my latest car off Gavin in September last year. He was really helpful & most of all honest. Asking what I need out of a car, space / type of driving I do etc & helped me pick something suitable out. Best experience I’ve had with a second hand dealer and I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years. Highly recommend.

Just bought a Mini Paceman from Car-isma.. The car was advertised with full service history which it does have. It came with a brand new MOT and service from their local garage. Their sales executive Peter was very professional, was very helpful without pressure and even delivered the car to my door. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Car-isma to anyone seeking a used car.

I travelled 58 mile round trip to view a car. Gavin advised me to look at a different one and in all honesty it was a much better in both condition and value. I told him it was a second car for myself as l wanted to keep my present one for camping purposes. Asking me for £100 deposit he activated the machine l paid via Bank card and then he started to do the written paperwork. Nothing at all was mentioned regarding the deposit prior to me paying nor after my paying . After realising that the extra insurance and road tax amounts were not realistic as l would be the only driver of the two vehicles l rang Gavin within 24 hours to say l didn't think it was wise to continue with the purchase. He was polite and understanding but l then discovered that the £100 was not refundable it's on the paperwork that I had NOT been given to read prior to paying Within 2 day's the car sold l text Gavin saying that as it had sold very quickly l would appreciate part refund l haven't received a response after nearly 3 weeks. Ironically I went to this garage due to them having many good reviews yet reading back another female say's she'd asked them to reserve a car for a few days yet they sold it prior to her visiting. Car lsma response was it's not a true reflection she was asked to leave a £100 refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle - she didn't. But it says: As a company we always ask for a REFUNDABLE holding deposit to reserve.

The service was great, Peter was very helpful waiting two hours after the time and was very helpful making sure that the car was ready to go and did change everything was asked for. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Two weeks ago, I bought my 2017 Audi A5 2.0TFSI SPORT from Peter and Gavin @ Car-isma Cheshire LTD. When I arrived to view the car there was no hard sale, I was left to view the car in peace but Gavin was there to answer any questions. I could not recommed any better place to buy your next car! Bought an Audi A1 today. Really good customer service, car was immaculate and brand new inside more or less, not scratches on the paintwork or alloys, talked me through all the finance options etc and had me ready to drive off that day, would strongly recommend

good customer service is what i expect as normal from someone who is selling a product, from the phone call to view the car to driving the car out of the premises was a smooth hassle free experience, can't comment on others experience but for us we were welcomed, passed the keys to inspect the car at our own pace, the quality and standard was as advertised, offered the chance to a test drive, no pressure, no one trying to sell you something you don't need, the car was ready as organised, all in all a pleasant, and above normal purchasing experience.
