ZERO STARS PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH CAR JUNCTION. I Bought a car and within 24 hrs big oil leak all over the block paving of the drive. Contacted them and returned the vehicle and now they are saying there is damage to the sump and that this was done by me travelling back from Luton to Bedford. I would advise not to purchase anything from them. I want my money back. Lets see what happens.

This dealership has traded under the names: Car Mart, then Car Junction, and now Car House. It seems when they get too much bad publicity, they change their name! I had my car for less than a week before I ran into problems. Now trading standards area dealing with it.

Bought a 2008 dodge avenger from Car Junction and its died on me 3 times in less than 3 months, have already paid out £385.00 in repairs as nothing seems to be covered by the warranty and have been quoted another £2400.00 for additional repairs!!! All phone calls and emails from dealership are ignored, be warned!!!
We bought a car from this company and after while we find out was broken. They never got the responsibility to fix the car. We are dealing with the Trading Standard. Definitely, I need my money back. They are liars . Their cars are broken. I give Car Junction zero star.
Bought an X Type Jag. After 1 day EGR light came on and vehicle in limp mode. Managed to get it back to them and after several excuses for delay in repairing collected it. 2 days later EGR light again. Returned vehicle. Allegedly repaired again and this time lasted 1 week before EGR + Engine Management Light came on. Refused to refund money or repair car saying it was my driving. Do not trust this company.

I bought a 2006 Renault Clio 1.5 Diesel and the car didn’t start the very next day in the morning. I called the number they have on there website and here but they didn’t pick the phone all day! They are criminals please don’t purchase car!

Advert on several motor websites lied about the state of the car. A 'clean car' now means dents and holes in the bodywork, according to these stealers.
2 days after I bought a Smart Fortwo the car started to make a knock noise sound while driving over small dips and small bumps. I would not even give 1 star!
