I wanted to buy a Skoda Octavia from this guys. The car was looking nice on their site but when I decided to buy it they said I cannot get it checked at the garage I wanted and said that they can provide warranty for it. I decided to buy it and paid a £200 deposit for it which they said is refundable in case you change your mind. When I checked the bad reviews of this garage I decided not to buy anything from them and called to get my money back. I called the next day but the gentleman who was there said the guy I spoke to is not on duty and he doesn't know what is about. That means lack of communication between colleagues. He said that I need to call the next day. I have called the next and after numerous times he finally answered and said the deposit is not refundable because people called and asked about the car and he cannot give me the money back. When I paid the deposit he said that he will take it out from the internet but the car was there this entire time. If you saying that you keep the car for me why dont you take it out from internet? That means you are waiting for options. Obviously he knew that I will call and ask for the money back from his colleague but he wanted to make some extra money of me. Car Mart Luton is a rip off!

Bought a car from Car Mart in January and I would not recommend any customer to buy here. The car wasn't cleaned properly when I picked it up it also had a loose engine mount, leaking sunroof, rear wiper not working, brakes were shot, bottom end knocking and when I bought it back they sent me to a man who clearly doesn't know how to fix cars and I knew what was wrong with it and he told me there's nothing wrong so I wouldn't waste your money here.
