Thank you carmotion for taking the time to show me several cars, choose was difficult due to the amount of cars on display. Left my deposit to secure the car and collected it a few days later. Three months on and it's been a dream to drive, guaranteed I will be back again in a few years.

Found the car we wanted, 7 seater. Both myself, my partner and children all very happy with the vehicle. Spent 2 hours in the showroom with our 3 kids sorting our part exchange valuation and organising finance on the remaining balance.
Told the order was placed & car was removed from all sale platforms (auto trader, their website). It was as we'd looked for it again when trying to show family.
Told car would be ready Thursday once finance in place and vehicle had been checked & cleaned.
Phoned my partner on Tuesday morning to say someone had bought the car on Monday cash.
Absolute joke of a company. My partner had one day off to help us choose a car before the arrival of our new baby, on one of the few days I wasn't in hospital with my pre eclampsia. They have also ran a credit check on my partner for absolutely no reason. Just apologies when ringing up to find out about the situation. Ridiculous.

You expressed interest in the vehicle and began the finance application process. Despite exploring all available options through our extensive panel of lenders, we were unfortunately unable to secure funding. Additionally, no holding fee or deposit was placed to reserve the vehicle, despite this being offered and explained at the time.
As a result, the vehicle remained available and was purchased by another customer shortly after. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis unless a car is formally reserved.
All finance applications are handled in accordance with FCA guidelines, and any credit checks are only carried out with the applicant’s full consent.
We understand how important this was for you and your family, and we’re sorry the outcome wasn’t as hoped. Should you wish to discuss the matter further, you are very welcome to contact us directly.

don’t usually leave reviews, but credit where it’s due — Car motion made buying a car surprisingly stress-free. No pushy sales talk, no hidden nonsense — just honest answers and decent people.
I turned up not really knowing what I wanted, but the team were patient, gave me space to look around, and actually listened to what I needed. The test drive was sorted quickly, and they were happy to answer all my questions without rushing me.
The car I chose was clean, well looked after, and exactly as described. They sorted the paperwork, helped me with the finance, and even arranged a warranty that made sense.
Picked it up a few days later — valeted, serviced, MOT done — and they even made sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off. Simple, efficient, and felt looked after throughout.
Would I go back? Definitely. Would I recommend them? Already have.
