I purchased a car from here, the same day whilst I was driving back home I noticed the engine light was on and so was the service light, I contacted the dealership which told me to get the car serviced (I shouldn’t have too if I’ve just brought it, it should already be done), sometimes whilst driving I’d notice the car would jolt a little bit too the side, which isn’t normal, on day 13 I was driving to work early hours on the dual carriageway, MANY DIFFERENT LIGHTS flashing on the dashboard, the car went into limp mode and the speedometer stopped working, i Drove it back home, i called the dealership once again, they told me, it just needs servicing.. at this point I felt like the owner wasn’t listening to me! So I emailed saying I am rejecting the car and would like a refund, he then told me he would send recovery to pick the car up, fix it and return it within 4 days ( of course have to give a opportunity to fix it first) however I just wanted to reject it completely, even if it was fixed just reject the car.. I have children and would no longer feel safe driving they car.. it’s now March as I still don’t have a refund.. the car broke 28th December. Clearly faulty from day one, I’d just like a refund🤦🏻♀️ lesson learnt will never buy from an dealership like this ever again, I’m a mum with kids, work 2 jobs. I need a car

I bought a 66 plate Ford custom transit. Very high spec with heated seats and folding mirrors and all the bells and whistles, I couldn’t find anywhere else and sold at a competitive price, I’ve had the van now for over a year and no issues at all. Very please and would definitely use again and recommend, cheers guys

awful company. Sold me a 1.6 VW golf auto. Fraudulent MOT (NO ADVISORIES) when I took it to another garage and had it plugged in, no airbag working. Seatbelt indicator not working, tape covering dash lights to hide faults. Tyres illegal. Electrical shortage. No bulb in break lights, emissions sky rocket. Mot was taken out 3 days before I bought the car, sold knowing is unsafe for road use. He offered a refund but as I am 3 hour drive away I asked to have the MOT done and he cover the cost for what will fail ( fair I assumed) he was rude and nasty down the phone shouting and butting in as I said I think it was unfair for me to drive back down another 6 hour journey to drop off a car I bought under the impression it was safe for road use. This company is sickening, to know there was no air bag light indicator on when turning the ignition on he should have known not to sell it.. Honestly please avoid this company he will scam you 1 way or another
Bought a car from them very prompt to phone calls and also got a good deal with a peace of mind on my car, will call again when in need of my next car. Yes Recommend to a friend.

I bought a car from this dealer six months ago. It had passed an MOT by a nearby Bismallah Garage (perhaps affiliated with the dealership?), so we assumed it would be safe to drive. However, the chassis was rusted through and collapsed on the front right tire last night. If we had been driving at some speed, my children and I would have had a catastrophic crash and we could have died. I very seldom make a negative reviews and I don't like to hurt anyone's business, but this car should not have passed an MOT and it was very dangerous and unethical of this dealership to sell it to us as a safe car with NO MENTION of rust damage in the paperwork, which is shocking because this rust was years in the making and must have been a problem when we bought it. The car has been housed in our garage and driven only lightly since we bought it. We had to scrap it. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, so I am writing this review.

Bought a car from here last June 2018, 6 months later the car blew up and was not driveable. Car point Luton took days replying to me and advised there after sales team will be in touch. I knew there was no after sales team there, it's just 2 men. I was put into contact with a company called Lawgistics Ltd, who quite frankly had no idea about the situation and was just being fed information from Car Point Luton which was absolute rubbish and lies!!! After everything we have lost the car and wasted £5500 which Car Point Luton has taken away from us. They are the most disgusting car garage I have ever had dealings with, if they wanted repeat business they should have given us some compensation that we deserve but clearly not they have done nothing. Please feel free to contact me about this situation, I will do everything in my power and continue to write reviews until I know Car Point Luton get SHUT DOWN. Words cannot describe how disgusted I am with this company and I hope more people speak out about their disgraceful dealings with them. It's a real shame that there are companies out there to CON people.

My wife bought a used Chrysler Yipsilon from Car Point in Luton. Included in the sale was a service. The first thing she noticed that was wrong with the car was the fact that the stereo Bluetooth was unusable and that the stereo turned itself off when the heater fan was turned on. The second thing that happened was that the change oil light came on (the car was meant to have had a service, including an oil change) and the oil was a dark brown rather than a light brown (which I would expect it to be after an oil change) We took it back for both issues, they turned off the service light (which should have happened IF it had actually had a service). They refused to look at the issue with the Bluetooth and stereo because as they put it 'We couldn't prove that they sold it to us not working' In short do NOT buy a car from these con merchants, go anywhere but not to these lot.
