I travelled all the way up from South Devon to buy a VW Transporter which I part exchanged my VW Beetle for. They promised me £1500 for my low mileage Beetle and when buying the Transporter I was told then engine had near enough been rebuilt and refurbished. On arrival they said my Beetle was not worth that and offered me £500 for it, the van seemed in good condition so I agreed and paid the money. It cost £9500. On the way home driving the vehicle seemed to lose power a few times but I thought it was just going from a Beetle to a people carrier. After a few months of ownership the vehicle seemed to overheat quite regularly and I would have to top the water up more often than you would expect - I contacted them in November to explain what was happening but they ignored me, wouldn't reply to emails etc. The vehicle went in to the garage where I learned the Head Gasket was on it's way out and when I asked the question - the dealership would have been aware of it. There was also a few pistons out and some other things that had obviously been going wrong for some time. No contact from the dealership so this vehicle has cost me a fortune to try and put right and has been in the garage more times than I have used it. They are complete rip offs - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They will rip you off and then ignore and avoid you. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I bought an Audi A4 from here back in June. I found it on Autotrader. The car could have been cleaner and it had a few scratches and some of the lights were broken. I also had an issue with the car, the engine management light came on which turned out to be due to an issue with the DPF but they have been quite good at resolving it.
