I first searched for my new car in Autotrader UK. I soon found what I needed, a small car, economical and air zone friendly so I did not need to pay extras. An added bonus for my car was free road tax. I called C S Cars Ltd. The man answered the phone call and straight away DANNY from Manchester dealership took all my fears away. He knew what I needed, offered free servicing, m.o.t and he even offered to deliver my car to Birmingham. EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL service. If I or my family/friends need another car I know who to call. Danny knows all there is to know about cars , he quickly answered all my questions courteously, quickly and any txt or phone calls, Danny is happy to help. The perfect salesman.

I bought a vehicle from Car Spot UK in 2014, and they did all the repairs I needed in the beginning without much problem. Since I knew I was buying a second hand vehicle I didn't expect so much. The great thing that happened is that I recently just 3 weeks ago took back that same car and sold it to car Spot and they bought it back. This is good business good will and I was highly impressed. My take in some adverse reviews I have read is that when you go to buy a vehicle it's good to be friendly and have a good rapport with the seller. Don't have the attitude that you're spending money so the vendor has to worship you. Once you build a good relationship the vendor would treat you well. For me I am happy and impressed with Danny and with Car Spot UK.

Do not use this dealer they lie. I was told I would get £100 trade in only to be bullied into accepting only £75. Was told the mechanic had just repaired the heater for it to break the next day! Was told they cant do anything as no mechanic there! They give you 6 months rac warranty so they can claim on it when there bodge jobs go wrong.... well do not take it back to them, take it anywhere else so they don't get the money. No parcel shelf even though was told there was one. Was told the coolant had been filled after spotting it was on empty only to drive home and find it hadnt been! Car now has a handbrake fault.....only had the car a week! Avoid at all costs god only knows how dangerous the car is!

Stay away from this Car Spot UK or CardDeals4U, as they are now called. Once they get your money they don't give a monkey about unresolved problems with the car. In fact they can be quite aggressive and have terrible tel manners. I'm about to take them to court and also informed the Trading Standards. Overall, bad experience and completely unreliable! AVOID!

Car developed a fault on the way from garage home. They did not want to know, cost £800 to repair car. I took them to court won but still no money. They change there name every 10 months, court case is against different garage they have a loop hole and use it to get out of any tpe of issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE

STAY AWAY. WORST experience in my life. i bought a VW Scirocco from here and he lied about the service history claiming it was full service history. I tried to contact the guy many many times in regards to the service history but he never answers once the sale has been made. I rang Volkswagen and they said it only has one stamp! The guy is called 'Danny' and is a complete fraud and hope he gets arrested for scamming people. I have email proof he blackmailed me to take down my previous comment. Initially he comes across as a family person, but i really hope someone frauds his son just like he scammed me and then he'll realise he shouldn't lie to people and sell them cars that do not work. So far i have paid 1200 to fix this car and another bill of 750 is expected. He just needs to get taught a lesson.

I bought a car from car spot UK in November 2014 and have been fighting for a year to get my money back after being told by another mechanic that it has numerous oil leaks and the engine could blow, both front droplinks snapped and was told it was due to wear and tear by car spot after having the car 5 weeks! Told by my mechanic that they had corroded and not snapped by wear and tear by me, car is unfit to drive and not fit for purpos and has numerous faults, haven't driven the car since February 2015 it's just sat on a family members drive...., just as I got a warrant for car spot they changed names and I'm now finding it hard to get my money, I am over £1000 down and as a single mother of 2 that is alot of money! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE
