I bought a Golf from Car Star Ltd a few months ago. I found the customer service very poor. I had to go back and forth a lot and they gave me very little information or advice. Based on that... I wouldn't recommend them.

First impressions count for me .. and from my initial emails with Garry to turning up at the site and seeing what Carstar had to offer provided a lot of confidence in Buying the car from them. I had looked at a few cars before coming across carstar .. and have to say their car was by some way the best condition one ... so i bought it! Simple , pleasurable and felt like they valued my custom, which is i guess is how it should be. Thanks...would recommend Carstar no problem.

I bought a Citroen DS3 which I found on Auto Trader. The car was really clean and in good condition and I have had no issues with it at all and I have had it since June. The dealers were very helpful and able so answer any questions. All in all I am very pleased and will recommend Car Star.

I was very happy with the car was clean and looked like it had just come out of the showroom. They gave me the keys and let me look around the car, they weren't pushy the who sale was nice and relaxed. They have some very nice cars on the forecourt, I would go back again.

I over paid the dealer who said the would repay me the money on collection of the car. When I collected it they forgot and the person who wrote the cheque wasn't in so they said they would post it ..... they never did. The dealer still owes me the deposit after weeks of phone calls they never sent it to me. After a week I found out the rear tires were warped so I called the dealer asking then would they change them as it was making a very load noise . They wouldn't and wouldn't go half's or anything like that. It cost me £200 for them. Beware of this dealer !!!
