I found my experience with this particular Car Store West Bromwich branch to be appalling. On my first visit i was booked in to test drive a car,once i arrived the car would not start and was concluded that it had a flat battery. Left that day feeling not pleased as the car was really nice. I saw another car i liked and thought i would give them another chance to atone.... went on the test drive all good, noticed one of the tires was a bit flat and i was promised that it would be sorted by the time i come to collect the car (due to work commitments).... arrived to collect car surprise surprise it still had a flat tyre!! They did pump it up for me but still not right. Biggest point was on the finance things were added without consulting me...was told will go through everything. Still waiting for one of the managers to call back and explain why it was added without consulting me first.... i wont hold my breath!!!! One redeeming thing for them was dave (i think) the manager was very apologetic throughout my visit.... not a good way to attract customers. Need to communicate more efficiently between staff and management.

Wow not sure where to start with The Car Store West Bromwich. travelled 100 miles to view a car that i saw advertised on cargurus got there and the car was filthy and in a very cramped position you could hardly open the doors the car was damaged in several places but i was told that if i wanted a showroom condition car then i was in the wrong place although the vehicle was priced at ovey £15.000 the salesman was well not very good and was totally dismissive of any of my concerns this was the worst and most unprofessional place that i had ever been, in a way quite comical they even tried under valuing my car although they said it was in 100% overall condition my opinion is be careful of this place they admit the stock is sourced through BCA auctions and it shows, very flakey and uncomfortable experience.

We made an appointment to sell our Nissan Qashqai with Heena primarily given the value indicated on the website was considerably better than that offered by We Buy Any Car. After inspection and a discussion with Head Office resulted in a nominal difference in the price offered on the website. The process was very efficient and speedy and handled very professionally by Heena. We did not expect the money to be deposited so quickly into our account as we only sold it on the 29 December and funds hit our account 31 December 2018. Very impressed.
