Excellent customer service from initial phone call to home delivery.

Bought a Mercedes from this dealership, the car is good, but the aftersales service from Myles has been appalling. Six weeks after purchasing the car, the V5 logbook still hasn't arrived. I have spoken to the DVLA this morning, and they have no record of the dealership sending in any paperwork regarding the sale. I dread to think what would have happened had there been a problem with the car. For peace of mind, look elsewhere for your next car.

Steve the manager is unprofessional, lies and doesnt have a clue what cars hes selling. gives out half of the informtion out to customers. took the car as it was unsafe for myself and my children. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Myles the liar! Don’t touch this place with a barge pole

We travelled from North Devon to Cardiff to look at a Jaguar I was very interested in. The whole journey was horrendous due to very heavy traffic. On arrival my son and I were offered a very welcomed coffee and I was not pressured at any stage during the negotiations and purchase of the Jaguar. Myles and his salesman were very professional and friendly and made the paperwork go very smoothly and stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend Cardiff Car Warehouse.

We saw this beautiful car during lock down on their website. We phoned and spoke to Myles who described the car perfectly, pointing out all minor flaws. As we couldn't drive from Swansea to Cardiff because of government restrictions, Myles delivered it to us , Myles drove it to our home and said, no obligation to purchase at all if we didn't like it. There was no pressure. We were delighted with the car and only found 2 minor faults that he said he would rectify immediately. He did this within 2 days. We had a good part exchange for our car and were happy with the price we got. We have been buying second hand cars for the last 55 years and I can honesty say that this is the very best smooth, honest transaction ever from a secondhand dealer. His wins the prize for this. The frontman of Cardiff Car Warehouse is a blatant liar! He told me my car had service history that he’d put in the mail. He didn’t. I now have no history with the vehicle and I’m staring at a £2000 bill to carry out a cambelt change, service and brake change, all of which this guy said had been done, but on, inspection I don’t believe has. My car was missing a rear head rest. He said it he post it to me. He didn’t. He tried to blame a colleague, like that would make a difference! Like anyone buying a car, I expected a “competent” used car salesman to inform the DVLA that the dealer had taken ownership of my part ex. This particular individual didn’t bother, leaving me out of pocket the remaining amount of my part ex’s car tax and notifying the DVLA myself! He asked me for my bank details to send me the money, but I didn’t trust him with that task either............Save your money and find a professional trader rather than this dishonest cowboy! 6 months in and I’m now 3500 pounds out of pocket after buying a car here........
