Lexus Cardiff are a credit to the reliability and professional service expected of the Lexus brand. Ryan Elston the sales specialist who responded to my online enquiry simply could not have been better. After months of searching for a white LC500 when one appeared in Cardiff I expected an 8 hour drive from the West coast of Scotland to view the car then a further trip back down to complete the purchase. Thanks to Ryan neither of these Covid aware trips were required. I received an in-depth video presentation of the car and upon completion of the sale it was delivered to my house within days. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, they made every aspect of the purchase a simple and pleasurable experience from start to finish. Collected my UX earlier this month and I must say the service I received from Aaron in particular was exceptional,as is the car. I was left to decide at my own pace,all in all a very pleasurable experience,

The RX went back for its first service today . I would say that owning ANY car can be a joy , but a service is always a pain . Not with a Lexus . The service was totally 100% . No angst or worries , just super service and a personal approach . Dropped down to Cardiff and picked up absolutely on time . Hand made Flapjacks , great coffee and topped off with a long chat with Dave the service manager . Dave was totally amazing . It is not just the car that gets serviced , but the soul . It made me realise just WHY I had bought a Lexus . They were voted the Number 1 service provider in Auto Express for a reason . Lexus number 1 / Land Rover last -38th - which would you buy ???? Thanks guys , too team , really the best experience I have had - and I have had over 70 cars !!
