A Refreshing Car Buying Experience with Carpoint Motor Company Ltd.

Called in here to buy a car for my daughter, she found one Fiat Punto, mileage was a bit high but it looked OK. Went to start it battery was flat, no problem he said will fit a new one, comes with 3 months warranty, that's good we thought. They said we will deliver it for you. Delivered OK, no new battery. Week later brakes are a bit iffy and battery having trouble starting it. Phoned him up he said haven't had time to fil in log book to change owners or set up warranty!!!!! He said will phone my daughter to explain, she is still waiting for phone call. I would suggest if you want a 2nd hand car avoid this place like the plague. My daughter has put right this car to get it roadworthy, and you get a years mot. Not worth the paper it's written on. Next step reporting this company to trading standards. You have been warned.

I couldn’t rated them lower then 1 otherwise I will. You will received excellent customer service before you purchase from them but after purchasing you have no chance to have their any attentions or hear any truth from them at all, just one lie after another. Unless your are expert for cars then check it carefully before you buy and once you have purchased then find out the car is not fit for purpose, you still unlikely to have you money back till they sell the car “for you” !!! Don’t believe the warranty they offered, it not even worth a paper. If you been asked would you like to recommend them to anybody you know, then I will say recommend them to somebody I hate the most , because they will take him/her to hell. So PLEASE AVOID THEM!!! I am not a competitor, I am just a purchaser who telling the truth.

The real deal makers! i found Adam and Simon utterly helpful, both are very knowledgable about there cars. Before we even spoke on the phone i emailed and communicated via text, both of them replied promptly with all of the answers to my many questions.Finally met them both when i decided to go ahead with the purchase, made me feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them to do for me. iv delt with many car dealers in my life and these 2 guys are right at the top of my list and i will defiantly return in the future. As a foot note these chaps at Carpoint motor company are totally honest and very credible in every way .... please trust me when i say I'm a hard guy to please but they jumped threw every hoop i gave them and they came out shinning . GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I was searching for a new car and came across CARPOINT MOTOR COMPANY LTD. I filled out the finance application and I was surprised how quick I received a response. I was dealt by a gentlemen Adam who was honest and answered all my questions, Best part was he managed to bring my monthly cost down which was a bonus :-). I got picked up by a nice chap Simon from the train station who drove me to the dealership. So happy with my purchase would highly recommend to friends and family. I am the most cautious person ever when it comes to buying cars. Distance buying my gorgeous RS3 S-TRONIC was a bit nerve racking but ADAM put my mind at ease, did a very in-depth video of the car, explaining everything and close ups of everything too. He also explained the process and gave me a very good deal on my new pride and joy. Honestly if you’re looking for a company to buy from then buy from these, much better than main dealer, they can’t do enough to help and are instantly helpful.
