‼ Highly recommend to go online and read the reviews about this company!! After what was the worst experience of my life buying a car from them, I'd highly avoid this place! Bought a car on the 15th of February 2020.. reported a fault within the first 2 weeks. I haven’t had the car since the 2nd of June, it is now September & I have finally got my money back! 🎉🥳 all be it, Cars 2 managed to still rob me blind 👍🏼 Imagine a company giving you a courtesy car whilst they had your faulty vehicle and then later coming back and saying. “You owe £440 for the miles you have put on our courtesy car” IMAGINE 😂 oh wait they did try and do that! After telling them legally they cannot charge me for a courtesy car without telling me this vehicle was going to be chargeable before hand, they later come back and said “we won’t charge you for it as a gesture of goodwill” like they was doing me a favour 🤔. They could have easily done this to someone else and wrongfully taken money from them.. disgusting. We will charge you 22p for fair usage mileage.. ok sound! But then sneakily tried to charge me an extra 600+ miles for the miles they added to the vehicle to complete an oil consumption test. Unfortunately for them I took a photo of the miles on the car when I left the vehicle with them, so when I questioned why they was trying to charge me for miles that they added and I sent in photo evidence of this, they then come back and said ok since you refused 22p we will now charge you 45p per mile! I said I am not refusing the 22p I am refusing to pay for miles you added! 🤦🏽♀️ Head office told me I am “making accusations” and it’s “hearsay”. Yet Audi confirmed the fault and I still have not had 1 apology from this company. 3 times they had my car and told me “there’s nothing wrong with it”. You go online and read their reviews about how they are “rude, aggressive, no apology” I couldn’t agree with them more! I don’t think they sold me the car knowing that it was faulty but I think it says a lot about a company how they then handle it afterwards. I’d just also like to take this opportunity to give a massive shout out to Ella and Richard in aftersales. If there was an award for the worst customer service 2020, hands down you two would win 🏆🥇 any companies want to lose customers quickly .. employe these two. I suppose you get away with speaking rudely to people when your manager has the worst attitude possible, after all behaviour breeds. The Director of a company taking over your complaint and still couldn’t get things right. Using scare tactics to try and take more money off me. There was so much more but without going into it all... moral of the story is: Cars 2 is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend my friends, family and anyone else to avoid this place!
Would just like to say a big thank you to Simon at cars2 Hyundai, found me the perfect car at a great price , friendly and polite service, big shout out to Aaron as well, it’s all too often car salesmen get a lot of stick, not here, I would give them the highest recommendation, if you want to be treated as a friend and not just a cash cow and dealt with respect , look no further than cars 2 Hyundai at Barnsley G TAYLOR

Want to thank Jack and John for making us feel so welcomed when we come to buy our Tucson , they was very polite nothing was a problem they did everything we asked and talked us through everything step by step ! , , They was very helpful and knowledgable we saw Jack on the first day when we put a deposit down To save the car the next day we went we was seen by John because jack was busy but Jack still came over to see if we was ok and said hello. I recentley had a towbar fitted from CPS towbars in Barnsley.well to be honest the electrics shorted all my car out .called out AA. 2 & a half hours ltr didn't have a clue as to what had gone off. Booked it in to Hyundai Barnsley. First week still looking in to problems .2nd week had to contact Hyundai in Korea. Turns out car shut down to protect onboard computer a boatload of warning lights came on as i was towing my caravan, Dean cept on going refusing to lett the problem beat him and his team all i can say is hes a propper lad from tarn well done and thnx a bunch cheers Andy. Fantastic staff who bent over backwards with every concern I had and made me feel at ease. Cars well presented in the showroom. Had my car serviced here twice and I am very happy with my experience. Jess sent me a video to my phone about what the technician has done on my vehicle and what problems to expect in the future e.g. tires. Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely be buying another car from Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley when I am in the market. Thanks again!

Just a glass of cold water costed me £84 @Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley, as they failed to diagnose the actual fault and wanted me to pay more for a third party investigation. My Car has been given a lots of black smoke, I range them and booked to diagnose what is the problem. I was promised by a customer service advisor that,’’ we would 100% be able to tell you what is the problem/fault’’ Unfortunately they just suspected that injectors are faulty, and asked that all four injectors needs to be sent to third party for further investigation, as we don’t have mechanism to check - which put me in a state to pay more and more, I can’t afford, I asked are you sure that there is only injectors fault, they replayed, ‘’we are just suspecting’’ Where is 100% diagnostic ? At the time of booking for diagnostic I wasn’t informed the there may be third parity charges. I decided not to proceed with them as they are not sure what is the problem - just suspected the injectors fault. My car been there for six days for nothing. paid £84 just for a glass of cold water.
