I purchased a Honda civic for approx 6500 pounds from them in Feb 2023 end but realized in April that AC is not working at all, when temperature outside is hot and we are having a torturous time. I do not deserve this after spending decent amount for a used car. Dealer told that this does not comes under warranty and then he told to leave my car 50 miles away at their place. When I was purchasing car, he told he has many links near by my place who can fix the car when under warranty. Not satisfied by the experience I had till now. I trusted based upon some other reviews but reviews can be really misleading.

I for the first time I was buying a imported car from japan. My new vw touran is just amazing. So clean in and out with all documents to prove the car is 100%. Car came with a service, wash and polish, very detailed Interior clean. These people take pride in what they do. Must buy a car from them. 100% honest.
Bought a car of this garage, after 1 day , suspension gone, bushes, shocks, everything, plus lots of noises coming from car, Was miss sold a car, this garage was rood to me wen I called him and got aggressive, he said sold as seen, this garage I would not recommend buying from him, he's a dodgy car sales person Please avoid at all costs

Recently purchased a vehicle from Cars 4u Surrey although it was the opposite side of London it was worth the trip. I was collected at Purley station (very helpful) to view the car under no pressure and was able to test drive. The car was presented in clean good condition new MOT tyres etc. The transaction went smoothly and I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend to family or friends Car 4 u based upon my experience.
Cars 4u Surrey were very honest and I paid a decent price for an SRI Astra. I will Definitely be using them again was very polite not rushed at all when there, they leave you to look around during and think about whether you want the car!
I brought a car from them for 2000. I got olit Nov and in less than 3 months had new clutch fitted new battery new wiper blades 2 new tyres also not and now prob with steering. I was ripped off
