After months of looking for a new car, I found these guys online. Went there and weren't really optimistic as my credit rating is not great at the moment. The manager was very helpful and gave me a good price for one of the car that had caught my eye. He sat me down and applied for finance. He was very patient and got me a really good finance on the car. At first I thought the interest rate must be high as I was refused before several times, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the management team - I can drive home happy now.

Cars Centre in Kingston Upon Thames were trying to so sell a bmw 120d black with lots of things to do on it like burnt back seat, seat belt not going back on a place front brake discs must be replaced, front end of a car has been damaged as you can see by the bonnet, nearside is been definitely repaired as there is handle not been placed back properly and bodyshop white mess is still there, rear tyres mist be replaced soon, turbo must be done soon, also dealer says that “the service has been done 2k miles ago but not stamped but he can do it not a problem” the oil is completely black and definitely not been replaced for 30k miles or more which is not acceptable, also interesting test drive just 0.3 miles on the street where you go up to 2nd gear, dealer just said “no offer” didnt even want to hear the issues.

Bought a Mercedes from Car centre and had it for a year and a few months... Had no problem whatsoever and when I took it to the garage for servicing the Mechanic said its in very good condition and wanted to buy it off me. The owner is very kind and gave me a lot of good advice. I honestly recommend Cars Centre in Kingston to all.

We were looking for a Fiat 500 and saw one on their website. Phoned but no answer so used virtual chat. This is not a person but a robot system. Message taken and told would phone back to arrange viewing and test drive. Waited 10 hours so sent a polite email asking if they could confirm if it was ok for us to view and test drive. Opened an email next morning to a curt "SOLD" interesting point is that the car is still advertised for sale on the website 2 weeks later!!!!

Bought a car last year from Cars Centre and came back this year for a car for my daughter. Great value, offered drinks and coffee. Very happy with the customer service and also the friendly owner help with the finance and gave us genuine advice

I have recently brought a BMW 3series from Cars Centre Ltd- I must say that the experience I had was great, the staff working there were very polite. The car is exactly what was advertised and I was surprised with the service considering the two reviews I read before going- I would definitely recommend this place, great price and very nice guy!

I travelled from Inverness on the 29th December 2016, via taxi, plane, train and foot to pick up a BMW edition M Sport, after viewing online and speaking in depth with Cars Centre Ltd and the company I was working with to get a new car. All seemed well. Until I picked it up. The drive 640 miles home, was for the best part faultless. Having researched the car model, I saw that the wheels were staggered fitment, meaning the 225/40/18 tyres fitted to the rear were wrong, when they should have been 255/35/18! Approx 2 weeks after owning the car, it developed a serious misfire on various cylinders. The car was due into the BMW dealer here for a recall, and as arranged with the original seller, a full inspection and diagnostic check was carried out. The results were alarming, cracked brake discs, failing calipers, incorrect coilpacks, failing injectors, incorrect tyres. After a lot of to and fro with the dealer, they eventually agreed to pay £300 for repairs (including a very loud argument with the woman at the BMW garage!) The money paid replaced the spark plugs and coil packs, still no change. I have now been fighting to get this resolved, at my health expense, for nearly 3 months, and only now, after a full vehicle engineering inspection and report, the garage are getting the car back, and the search for another car will begin. This dealer are the single biggest cowboys I have ever seen, and should not be anywhere near a car. They are a disgrace to honest car dealers (yes I do believe there are some!) and I feel completely let down. Avoid the Cars Centre Ltd at all costs!

I never write reviews however after my horrific experience with Cars Centre Ltd in Kingston I felt it was very important to leave a review. I saw a 1 series bmw up for sale on auto trader. The description did not answer all of my questions so I called dealer and spoke to main man Nader. He seemed very friendly and polite I explained I am 8 months pregnant and am in desperate need for a car I don't have time to shop around I explained his garage is 1.5 hours away and that if I come up it would be to purchase so needed answers to my questions. He assumed I was a single mum with no husband as I explained I will be making a very long journey up on my own so needed his honesty, The answers to my questions were the car has heated seats, leather trim (the pictures weren't too clear so I assumed it was leather trim), electric folding mirrors and parking sensors. I called the next day again and said I had arranged the cash for full asking price and will be making a long journey up and for him to stay open a little later. He said that was fine I again confirmed all details about the car he again gave the same answers. Very friendly and polite. I then made an hour and half journey to Kingston, heavily pregnant, extremely tired I turned up with my husband. Which may or may not have been a surprise for him as he seemed a little edgy. We went to view the car, the did NOT have leather trims, he said he never told me they had leather trim even though I had a piece of paper with all of the information he gave me written down, heated seats he said yes they are heated me and my husband we're like where is the button for heated seats he looked around the dashboard and innocently was like oh I'm so sorry I thought it had heated seats I'm so sorry, I asked about the electric folding mirrors he said its not electric "folding" but it's electric mirrors as in can adjust the mirrors. I said I quite clearly asked whether they fold in electronically he replied he assumed I asked whether they were electronic in terms of adjustment and not folding in. It turned out he lied a lot and took advantage of he fact that he thought I was a single lady heavily pregnant travelling from very far and I would come and I would be forced to buy the vehicle as I had already travelled so far. I was so upset I explained he had completely misled me. He had no sympathy that I was heavily pregnant and had come up all the way based on his lies. He then said he will take of £90, which was an even bigger insult. And so we left. This garage should be closed down, I have come home with swollen feet, a terrible back ache and no new car to make up for it.
