I would rate my experience a 5 for good service and treatment from staff at Cars Under 3000.

I was in the market for my first car, which is how I found myself at Cars Under 3000 and for a first time buyer I think everything went really well. James was really nice and I found him to be really helpful. I felt all of my questions were answered in a good amount of detail. For my first car and first sales experience, I've got no complaints.

To be fair to Taylor (the salesman) I found him very easy to work with while enquiring about the Ford Fiesta. I also thought he was open and honest about the car. I wouldn't change anything about my visit if I were to visit Cars Under 3000 again.

Other than James not letting me beat him down on the price, I'd say everything went well, and he was really good to deal with as a salesman. I've had my Kia since November now, and like any car, there are some things I don't like about it and some things I do like, but most importantly it's going well.

Adam was perfect to deal with, I found him to be very helpful and he kept me updated throughout the process, so I always knew where I stood. When I first tried to view the car, it was in the garage, but Adam made sure to keep me informed. The Nissan Qashqai is a backup car to my work van, so I haven’t driven it much yet, just a couple of hundred miles. I come to Cars Under 3000 because my mum got her car here, and I’ve always heard good things about them. I’d definitely come back to buy another car.

I've had my Nissan for a couple of months now and everything has been fine with it so far. I've recently taken it on a long trip to Surrey without any issues. As for the service on the day I thought the team were brilliant and it was a no pressure sale.

Went in knowing what car I wanted. Communicated with James to pay deposit to hold the car and get a test drive in. James was friendly and informative and very welcoming. Sorted finance for me there and then. Figures and timeline worked for me. Drove away ,3 days later. Great service and James made it simple. Would buy from again 100%

after we brought the car there was a few issues with it but they fixed it straight away no issue

Everything has been perfect with my Fiat 500 and with the service I received from the team at Cars Under 3000.

Since buying my van back in October I reckon I've already added 2000+ miles to it and so far it's been great. I was pressed for time while making the purchase but Lloyd provided a great service while I was purchasing the van. Since coming away I have noticed it doesn't come with a spare wheel but I should have checked this.
