I have recently purchased a car from Cars Under 3000 part exchanging with my car. I was incredibly happy overall and found the process is very simple. The support given to me by Adam, and the team was fantastic. I generally find that the mark of a very good company is not the normal day-to-day things that they do. (which should be the norm), but how they deal with issues that may arise. When purchasing my new car the front two tires required replacing and the company did this for me without quibble. After my first day using the car, I found that I had developed an issue with one of the tyres and reported this to Adam. He immediately responded by asking for me to return the vehicle to him and they addressed the problem straight away with no fuss. I am extremely impressed by the way that Adam and the team dealt with my issue. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I've been enjoying my Ford Focus with no issues whatsoever. It's been smooth since day one. The sales team were absolutely lovely and very supportive when he explained all the paperwork to me. They made the whole process hassle-free, which I really appreciated. I only drive my car to and from work which is only about 5 miles each way, so I'm yet to take it out on any big trips. I wouldn't change a thing about my car buying experience and I can't credit this company enough.
