Great experience buying a car. Couldn’t have asked for more help. Called to see if a call was available and left a message. Quick response with a call back. Couldn’t have been more help on the phone. I liaised with Taylor and I can safely say he was a fantastic help. Turned up the following day to look and possible purchase. After agreeing to buy They complete all paper work in a very timely manner. Everyone got involved to see me away happily and satisfied.
Great team and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you

I believe I dealt with Sarah when I visited Cars Under 3000 for my new vehicle, she was a lovely young lady and was very kind and caring! I saw their Hyundai I30 through Auto Trader and immediately fell in love! The description of it was so accurate, it was in such a good condition, especially considering it is a 59 plate! I am really happy with how everything is going, and this dealership is absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend!

Bought a new Ford Fiesta, so comfy to drive I am loving it, I've never been so happy to drive a car. Its a very clean car and drives beautifully. I recommend going here if your looking for a nice clean car without paying bucketloads.

A fantastic bunch of people who provided absolutely brilliant customer service, they were so so helpful and really looked after me when I was going through with the sale. They answered every question I had, (which was a lot😂) and made me feel really relaxed about the purchase. I couldn't have asked for much more off of them, they are a great team to deal with!

Ever since I bought the Clio for my son, its like I don't have one anymore! I never get the chance to see him, hence why I am writing this review and not him! 😂 He is always out and about galivanting all over the place now! Which I guess is a bonus for me as I can finally put my feet up, after 18 years of lifts, it's taxi for Dad from now on!! I haven't heard a peep from him about the car, so I am guessing that all is well! The salesman was great to deal with us, and got it sorted for us right away, I was in and out within the same day, so I couldn't have asked for much more really. The car was nice and tidy, and was a great price for the age/mileage. Cheers guys!

I am a returning customer to the team in Rayleigh for many reasons, but mainly for the fact that they are as good as gold! Every time I visit they have been absolutely brilliant, any issues that I have they sort out for me, they are just amazing. I have never had any problems with their customer service/after sales, as they really care for you as their customer. I would happily put my trust in them and recommend them to my friends and family, as I have full faith that they would look after them perfectly!
