Bought a car from them and it develop minor problems while under warranty. I reported i was advice is economical repair now as the is still drivable but I bring it back when the problem aggravates. Now that is does they refusing to honor theirs words. See you in court.
Visited the Carshop with my partner and I expressed from the beginning that I was looking for a car for myself. The sales assistant (a male) addressed my partner only initially asking him what car he drove etc. My partner did not need a car and became frustrated so left to go and sit in his car, parked outside while the sales assistant spoke to one of his colleagues at the reception desk. Having returned to me, the sales assistant did not resume his discussion with me as he was clearly waiting for my partner to return. He then asked about my partner's whereabouts to which I replied that he was not needed here. Addressing me by my first name constantly to build a rapport (way too much) to the point it became annoying, the sales assistant tried his hard sell to get me to buy a slightly over priced Toyota Yaris. When I repeated that I was just looking to see what was available at this stage (due to my desperation for a car, I would have likely paid more attention and even bought a car had the sales assistant been less sexist in my view), the sales assistant just got up and left abruptly. I was left to find the exit, complicated by one way covid measures. Feel that the training offered to the Carshop staff is entirely inadequate. Will never return to this shit show.
Worst experience in over 50 years of car changing / buying. Purchased Audi Q3 in late July, after seeing advert saying "Sat Nav, leather, folding door mirrors". Rushed through because of Covid!!!. Door mirrors manual fold, and after being told full Audi service history - only partial. Worse when I came to use the Sat Nav (main reason for buying) it never had the SD Sat-Nav card required to operate it. Ringing (call centre of course) got nowhere, so left one star review and somebody rang next day - full of appoliges and would get one by Monday and post it to me. Also said would send e-mail confirming this. No e-mail. No SD card. Facing bill of £420 to get Audi to supply / activate. Don't fall for ones sold on E-bay - I did - don't work.
Bought a BMW from here in January, had nothing but problems with it, took it back in Feb to be told there was nothing wrong with the car to then take it to another mechanic to be told its flywheel failure, every time I have contacted the carhop they have told me due to having the car over 6 months its now my responsibility to fix the car even though I paid an extra £750 for extended warranty. To now having my drive belt snapped causing other problems with the car. Car shop have been no help what so ever and their customer service is absolutely shocking! WOULD NOT recommend at all.
Purchased a car 4 weeks ago, which had serious issues the moment we left the showroom. Car is still in their garage a month later without any explanation or update as to what is going on. We were assured there was a 7 day and 30 day no obilgation return if dissatisifed. We are unable to get the car we purchased or our cash back. Have been waiitng for an email back from the manager for 3 weeks and a call for 4 weeks. Trading standards are involved. Great pre-sales experience, worst after-sales experience of any company we've ever encountered.
Car Shop staff are extremely reluctant to rectify a problem with my wifes car which manifested itself as soon as wedrove out of the gate. We had been promised that all issues had been resolved prior to collection. After-sales is non exisistent. Avoid at all costs.
This company is a joke. They will a sell you a car using their finance by force even if you have the money to down. They will make excuses why you should finance with them using 16% APR. Don't fall for this, as you can borrow money from the bank with low APR and pay car in full instead of using the finance of this car company. They will also try to sell useless products like the MOT. Their manager lied to me telling us that you can have MOT for £20 next year, but then you can only have the MOT if you have have full service with car shop which cost about £200+. Totally misleading. Be aware of this company. Worse service ever.
