No communication from Carspring, I was sold a car with no working seat belts in the back still have not received log book .all calls ignored emails ignored .i am still wait for them to do repairs that are covered by the warranty .i have made 68 calls today no one picks up the phone DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is what reviews iv written on the Carspring FB. Im sure they will be getting back to me very soon. Oh my days what can I say. Just dont bother buying from here if you need a car quickly. They changed my delivery date 5 times YES 5 times. On the last attempt it was SUPPOSED to be delivered between 12pm and 3.30pm. Well it arrived at 8pm. OBVIOUSLY their clocks dont work either. Yes they apologied each time but the inconvenience of it all was just too much. The excuses were just running very thin. I asked them to compensate me with buying an electric key for my car as it turned up EVENTUALLY with only one manual key and they said NO. I know 2 other people who want to buy a car I certainly would NOT be advising them to use this company. They keep saying its a new company so it has teething problems. After been given 5 delivery dates you get sick of hearing THAT old story
I purchased a Vauxhall Astra through Carspring in April. They were very helpful. There was a couple of issues with the car including gunk in the engine and an oil leak but they had the car back to sort this. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend.

Terrible service. No communication, The car was delivered late, after a few days the car broke down due to a broken coil spring which has since been replaced by them. Everything was fine until I got the car. It feels like once they have the money they don't care any more.

Really good experience using Carspring. Would highly recommend to anyone. Really helpful and genuine salesmen when I found the car I wanted. The car was a very good price and I have had no problems with it at all. Very good car. Best thing in the world.

I bought a Clio from Carspring at the end of April. The customer service was great, the car was very clean and in good condition and I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. There was a small fault with the built in radio but this was quickly sorted out. No other issues since.

The After care team at Carspring are absolutely fantastic! I bought an Audi from them In April and around 22 days later the car developed a fault. Despite the company warranty being only 14 days they agreed to repair the car because it was fairly new. while my car was in the shop they supplied me with a courtesy car so I was really only without a car for 1 day, really chuffed with the service from these cars and now that i have the car back everything is great. I would 100% recommend.

I got a Nissan from car spring in may and have since had a few issues with it. Unfortunately the after care team have not been very reliable and i am still waiting for these issues to be resolved but so far have heard nothing. However, the car was good value for money and the salesmen were helpful at the time of purchase so I would still recommend them.

Good service from Carspring during the buying process. Very good value for money although the AUX port is broken and the dealership are refusing to fix it, they have just told me to use the cigarette lighter no I'm not happy about that.

Steer clear of these lot. Carspring tell you one price then try and bully you down at the last minute. It was a waste of my time.
