In regards to my new Tesla that I got, everything is going well so far and I am enjoying it. There was a bit of miscommunication to begin with which did let down the experience a little and for that I am rating a 3 out of 5. To be fair to the dealership they did get everything resolved quickly in the end which was good.

Bought the car on the Thursday and got it delivered to me on the Monday. The guys had been great throughout, really friendly and helpful and kept good communication. There was a slight delay in the delivery however I was kept updated which was appreciated, I am missing a few documents but hopefully will get these sent across to me soon. Pleased with the car, no issues with it.

Quick turnaround, there was no messing or being pressured into anything. Just a really simple in and out process. Car was all valetted for me before I took it home and since having it everything has been fine. Happy with how everything went so no complaints from me.

We completed the buying process online as we were a good distance from the dealership. The car was delivered, the delivery driver was nice, and the car was as described when it arrived. The only criticism I have is that I found the paperwork online difficult to complete, although the staff were really helpful in guiding me through it once I contacted them.

I would definitely give a 5. The whole process was very smooth. Joe our sales guy was amazing and guided us through everything.

I have already managed to do a good amount of driving in the Kia Stonic that I purchased in September. Joe was the salesman who helped me, and I thought he did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

The Ford Focus has been fabulous, and my son loves it.
