Other than the team not knowing how to work a scanner, the whole process of getting the car was straight forward. Everything was pre agreed before heading to the dealership, so when it came to the handover it was pretty easy.

I rate my experience a 5. Everything was handled well and I was treated with courtesy and care, everything was explained well and the deal was done with ease. The service was superb effortless and made so easy I had real problems with my ability to come out and visit the showroom, but you took that on board and made things really easy for me. I cannot fault this company.

When I first went down to Cartime, I dealt with a gentleman called Paul. Then I came back the next day to purchase the car and dealt with Yasar. Between them, they did a really good job. I purchased a Range Rover in June, and it has been running well ever since.
