After my dad found the Audi A3 online for me the sales process was fine, there was a issue with my part exchange value of what I was initially quoted which meant I had to put more cash down to get the car which was annoying. But the Audi is something I have wanted for a while and its really good! Jason the salesman was really helpful and has said I can deal with him with any issues I have going forward which I appreciated.

The Range Rover has been alright so far, knock on wood. I have taken warranty on it, which is nice for peace of mind. Mohammed at Nelson Burnley was really good. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything sorted out. I even got to pick up the car earlier than expected.

I got my BMW 5 Series from Cartime, Asam who I dealth with was great, I am still waiting for my V5 but I don't think it is there fault they were kind enough to off me a years free service!

Cars going well but the battery seems to be draining quickly but im really enjoying the electric car. I gave four stars as was told I was getting a delivery but then it got cancelled and I had to travel to collect. They did refund me that, so that that was fine. I was originally went online to look at the cars and they had a good showroom online . Couldn’t fault the staff.

I got a Ford Kuha and I love it. its cost effective, nippy. Mohammed was lovely, really polite and very patient. They were more friendly than other dealers id uses and they didn’t push you. I've already recommended them to others.

It was brilliant, I got the car I wanted. Everything was grand to be fair. Staff were fantastic, Mo and Jason dealt with me. Jason was very personable, calm and professional. I’ve never had an electric car, bit dubious but he put my mind at rest. Deciding factors was how much it was to charge it. He showed me the potential costs and that swung it for me. I would 100% recommend.

They had the specific car so I went to Cartime. Their communication was brilliant. Jason was the sales guy who dealt with me and because I was traveling from far away to get it, he stayed and waited afterwards with the keys so I could collect it. I would definitely recommend.

Everything is all fine with the BMW 5 Series. I was looking for that particular car and Cartime Nelson had the model and spec I wanted at a good price. I did have to wait a bit while they sprayed the back bumper but it was a minor issue. They were all helpful at the dealership and explained everything well
