Great team ! They really care about the customers!

I bought the car back in September from Bury. The dealers were fair with the price but unfortunately haven’t checked that all facilities worked. I drove away and returned to the car place within 10 minutes realising that the maps and electrics needed a reboot. This left me with having to give up my own time to take it to MG2 weeks later so we could have a reboot on the electrics and maps. This should definitely have done before they sold the car. I have to say buying electric from them. I was unsure of their understanding of electric vehicles. Unfortunately, I have still got issues with some of the programming on electric so I’m having to take it back to MG. If the dealership had done their checks, I wouldn’t be having to do any of this.

purchased my first car here after 6 years not driving since passing. Very understanding about me not feeling comfortable taking it for a test drive but still wanting to experience the car. It’s a lovely little C3 and has served me well. Was a slight issue with the service book and spare key - car was sold as only having 1 key but about 3 weeks later they both arrived in the post! A nice surprise as I was about to order a replacement

Hamza was great to deal with. There was no pressure during the sale, and he was patient throughout. My only criticism would be that the V5 took a while to come through. This is not usually a big concern, but I purchased a Tesla and you need the V5 to use the app, so I think there are definitely some improvements needed there. However, the car itself is running perfectly with no problems at all, and I am very pleased with it.

Bought a brilliant Citroen from Cartime, so far so good- I've had not problems to report. They were really good with me at the dealership, I'd buy from them again.

Helpful staff who were happy to answer and satisfy our queries. Slight imperfection on bodywork which was sorted out before picking up.

4, as it's a great car and it was easy to organise everything, but 1 or 2 things was wrong with the car, bur Cartime was easy enough to fix both them things for me
