The BMW X3 has been fine and my experience at CarTime wasn't too bad overall. There were a few problems, but nothing major. The main issue was trying to get the service history that was offered at the start, although I did eventually receive it. I also had to get the wheels balanced because they were shaking when I got the car. That is what it is, though, and I wasn't too focused on that. Other than those points, the customer service on the day was fine. Overall, I'd recommend CarTime.

This is my first electric car, and I really like it. I should've done it earlier, really. It's much cheaper to run, it's smoother, and I'm getting on really well with the Polestar. Jason was good to deal with. He was knowledgeable, quick at getting everything we needed done, and understood that I was travelling two and a half hours each way. Communication was clear throughout, they held the car for us once I'd put a deposit down, and everything was nice and smooth on the day

This is my first electric car and the Tesla has been brilliant. It's been a massive change for me, especially with the amount I spend on fuel, so it's been well worth it. Noel was excellent throughout. I really appreciate everything he did for us.

The main reason l am giving the highest number, is because the person who took me on the test drive, let me have a second test drive, both completely at ease all the way round. l absolutely love my little VW up and think it's a little cracker! Best wishes to the guy who took me on the test.

I'm enjoying the Fiat 500e from Cartime it's fast! there was a issue with the V5 being registered to thThereng address so i did have to wait to get that sorted but other than that everything was fine they brought the car over from Bury as it was easier for me which was nice

Cars fine at the moment. I went there as it was the model and price I was willing to pay. Staff weren’t expecting us as we arrived in the morning so we waited around as the car wasn’t ready. They need to make sure they take down appointment time properly. However, the guy we dealt with was apologetic and polite.
